Chapter 7: Win!!!
"Two shots Shohoku no. ten." Referee passed the ball to Sakuragi.
"Aim it at the front of the rim." Miyagi said.
"Front of the rim..." he said.
"Nope! You should aim for the back and shoot" Mitsui said.
"Calm down! Genius!" he said.
"Its front"
"Its back"
"Front!!"
"Back!!"
"Five seconds violation!!" referee said.
"Bang! You idiot!! I was bad at shooting free throws too!! Akagi said.
"Yeah, he was really bad at it! Feel free to make fun of him..." Mitsui said
"Watch it! Or else i'll kick you off the team. Just calm down and shoot." Akagi said.
"Aim at the back!" Mitsui said.
"The front!" Miyagi said.
"Why not shoot w/ your eyes closed!" Rukawa said.
"Don't talk to me at the same time." He said.
"Second free-throw!!" referee give the ball again.
"Get ready for the rebound!!"
"Mmm..."
"He'll miss for sure!!"
"Rebound!!"
"Rebound? Aren't I'm a genius?" he throws the ball directly to the rim and aimed for a dunk.
But before he could catch the ball, Rukawa got it and scored a one-handed slam.
"Bang!!" the two we're both hanging on the rim.
"You stole my rebound, Rukawa!!" he said.
"How should I know, it's yours!" Rukawa replies.
"Did you see that?"
"Amazing"
"Who is that no. 11?"
"He's only a freshman!!"
"Freshmen, it can't be!"
"Rukawa really got some skills!!" Koshino of Ryonan said.
"Unbelievable..." Hikoichi said
Miuradai got the ball and drive inside. What he didn't expect was three Shohoku players meet him at the top.
"Bang!!" he decided to pass it before colliding but Miyagi got the lose ball.
"Fast break!! Everybody go!!" Miyagi shouted, as other member went along w/ him.
"Pass it to me!!" Sakuragi said.
Miyagi really pass it wasn't him who got the ball. To his surprised. Rukawa grabbed the ball and jumped for another jam.
"Boom!!"
"Prrrttt!!!" Miuradai ask for a time out.
"We've taken the lead now!!"
"Nice dunk, Rukawa!!"
"Keep it up, everyone!!"
"Very good, everybody's doing well!!" back to the bench of Shohoku, others give towel or drinks and praise the players.
Miyagi and Sakuragi begin bickering about the last play. Mitsui saw the two arguing again so he pointed it to sensei. Coach Anzai looked them and asked. "Fighting again?"
"How could we!! He he he..." Miyagi said.
"We're so happy playing together, gramps!!" Sakuragi said.
In Miuradai's bench, "Miyamoto you have to watch no. eleven closely!!"
"You're being too easy on him!!" Miuradai's captain said.
"Yes, captain!!" he replied.
"We've to strengthen our defenses!! Foul if you need to guys!!"
"We can't lose on our first round!! Understand?"
"Let's go!!" Miuradai's captain said.
"We are very strong!! Conquer Kanagawa!!" Akagi said.
"Beep!!" end of the time out, as expected of Akagi and his dominance under the basket. No human can stop a gorilla wreaking havoc in the low post.
"100 points!!"
"Good shot Akagi-senpai" Shohoku bench is celebrating such big win after a long while. This shocks the audience and future opponents
"Damn!!" Miuradai player said.
"They've widened the gap just like that..." Uozumi said.
"They're really good at getting the rebounds. Most of their points came from Akagi, Rukawa and Mitsui." Ikegami said.
"Their point guard Miyagi played an important role. He confused the opponents' defense and drops a lot of dimes." Koshino said.
"Good thing we came to watch... this year Shohoku has gotten a lot stronger!!" Sendoh said.
Late in the game, Sakuragi attempted for a slam dunk but he purposely/ accidentally hit it over the head of the Miuradai player. He was ejected in the game and graduated w/ no points scored.
"Shohoku 110 vs. 57 Miuradai"
"We've gotten past the first round!" Ayako said.

Learning his lesson last time, he went back home in his Bugatti Divo along two bodyguards and Uncle Ada. They arrived after an hour stuck on the road, at the same time Miyawaki Sakura just come home from an event.
She was curious on their new neighbor, seeing the car stopped at the front and familiar a young man got out.
Having a problem opening the entrance, the group went out of the car and waited for the repairman to arrive. Again, his eyes meet w/ her and he went back inside before the violent woman attacked him.
Feeling awkward about what just happened; she quickly went into her and watches the new neighbor w/ the repairman in the entrance fix the problem.
"Hey! What you're doing there that you needed to hide?" her mother asked.
"Me? Just checking our new neighbor, Mom" Sakura replied.
