Chapter 28: Memory
Elan started to notice something was off. Every time elan went to do her training for her memories she noticed something was different from the time before she went into her coma. Like how no one had an explanation of why she was in the coma in the first place. For some reason every time she asked Jacob and Lucas she could tell they were lying about something. She decided to test her theory to see if they were actually lying about something and that they knew what was wrong with her. This is the first time in Elan's life she doesn't remember something.
Two days pass and Elan came up with a plan to trick the guys into telling her the truth. She decided to find a way to make the guys tell her but it will have to be a huge process because it doesn't look like they will say anything. Elan walked from her room after the testing was done and blacked out right before this Elan took some medication. The thing is that Elan was allergic to it but didn't remember since she never got to remember anything from her parents or how no one knew that they died. The guys thought it was weird that Elan ate it but they remembered how Darby from the future told them she wouldn't remember anything. Lucas walked up to Tyler and told him i think we should tell Elan, "I know she will be sad but if your parents died wouldn't you want to know about who did it to get revenge. Or even to move on and let them rest in peace". Lucas stated some really good points so Tyler decided to let them tell Elan but under one circumstance. They would have to make sure she doesn't go into a panic attack because she might go in a coma again.
They all made a plan to go to the hospital the next day and to tell her in the best way possible. They still had to go over the easiest ways to tell someone about their parents death. But what is the best way to make someone remember the death along with who did it. Tyler pointed out the fact that Elan might not remember who did it because they changed the past. They all decided to at least try so in the middle of the night they went to the hospital and checked her out. Tyler carried her into the warehouse from the car and hooked up his head and Elan's to share their memories. There was one side effect with this as he would also obtain all her memories and she will know all of his. That means she will learn about him liking her and everything. Tyler drifted off to sleep and Elan did as well. This will be the first step to them locking in their train of thought. Over the period of 10 minutes Lucas and Jacob were turning on all of the equipment. After they set everything up it was time to begin.
