Chapter 18: Chapter 18: Habits
Habits are very important. I'm telling you right now build up your good habits like cleaning and reading. It will greatly improve your lifestyle. It can make you a better person and when you're doing good a girl will see that and will be attracted to you without you even staring her down. Men can get any girls. Like how man can accomplish anything if they put their mind to it. Habits are good for 5 reasons. It can help you grow. It will be useful to you in the future. Habits can help your kids grow them. You will be faster then most people because you already know what to do. The last one is because habits can help you waste time that can improve yourself and that will help you out in long run. What I read about habits is that when we crave something the habits get stronger. So psychologically tell yourself you love to clean the room everyday and you will be faster at building habits because you so called love it. Basically get hypes to do that task and you will start building up habits faster.
A good way to build up a habit is to do that habit in 5 minutes everyday. And then sooner or later you start naturally doing it. I say this because when you do quick task you tend to free like its not boring but just a time waster so you just constantly do it and don't realize that your cleaning. Unless you do and cleaning just became fun.
Things you need to build up your habits.
1. Brain power
2. Never give up.
3. Act hyped when you do the task
4. Reward yourself everytime you did that task so you feel happy you did it.
5. Slowly start to keep adding more task and you'll be very habit full.
