He looks like he wants to say more or possibly ask me something but deep down I think I know what it is, so I slowly shake my head and say "We only got physical when we started fighting and I tried to kill him."

He looks slightly relieved until he sees my neck. His eyes harden as his fingers gently touch me but I use my magic to quickly heal myself as I say "It's gone and it's over." His eyes flicker back up to mine as he asks "He didn't force himself on you?"

I slowly shake my head before images of Kian and I (or who I thought was Kian) come to mind. His eyes sharpen as he asks "What?" My eyes flicker back up to his as I whisper "Is it really that important?" I see him warring with his emotions before he says "Yes. Not because I will see you any less or dislike you in any way, it's so I can erase whatever he's done so that all that remains is you and I."
