Chapter 34: Only for you
Zenith was really confused about why Linda behaved this way but he never had the nerve to interrogate her.
He prayed to all the God's he knew and gathered some courage to ask her why she behaved like this all of a sudden but when he turned and looked at her she was asleep and that exactly looked like a kid exhausted from playing.
When they reached home Linda was wide awake and she told Zenith to carry those bags purchased. He was really eager to look into the things she purchased but whenever he tries to take a peek into the shopping bag there comes a big thud on his head.
Unable to control the rage of emotions he burst out,"What the hell are these and why the hell do you behave weirdly?"
"It is none of your concern. Just do what I told you.",Linda said with a sarcasm in her voice.
"Why should I? When you don't let me know what is inside why should I help you?"
"OK, fine as you are so eager let me say you. First place those bags on the table and then sit over there.", Linda pointed the sofa near the table.
Zenith followed her order and sat there. She opened her mouth to talk but suddenly ran towards the bathroom. Zenith was dumbstruck with what has happened. She just ignored him and ran away.
She came back and took the seat next to him and opened one of the bag and gave a box wrapped with color papers.
"What is this?", Zenith asked and she just gestured him to open the wrapper.
He opened and there was an another box wrapped with gift paper and he looked at her and asked," Is this some kind of prank? You are throwing so much tantrum's in one go?"
"Quit asking questions and just focus on unwrapping the cover."
He unwrapped the covers and then opened the box and asked,"What? what are these and why are you giving me baby clothes? No, or are these some gifts for some baby naming ceremony?"
"No, it is for you and only for you."
