Chapter 29: A secret unveiled
Linda sat in the chair and Zenith held her hands firmly. Linda was sweating profusely when the needle touched her skin.
Linda was not in her consciousness by the time she a tattoo in her wrist. They got the most common couple tattoo with had their initials near an heart.
Linda opened her eyes after an hour or two and she had a bright smile on her face. She didn't look at the tattoo which took her consciousness but she looked into Zenith's eyes with full of love.
"What?", he questioned looking at her loving gaze.
"I have regained my memories back.",a smile was plastered on her face.
"Really?", Zenith was both happy and excited at the same time.
"Yes.", the smile in her face never faded away.
He kissed her on her forehead and held her hands. Only then Linda remembered that she got a tattoo. She looked at the wrist where she got his initial, she smiled after seeing it.
They thanked the one who gave them tattoos and left the shop hand in hand. They crossed the streets which was packed with people. They stopped in front of a vending machine, and took out two bottles of juice.
"I like it's flavor.", Linda said after tasting it a sip.
Zenith smiled at what she said. They got back to their island in their jet ski and walked into the kitchen to grab something to eat. A big feast was ready for them. Linda's mouth started watering after finding the delicacies.
"Who prepared these?",Linda asked pointing her finger towards the dishes arranged on the table.
"The chef prepared this ", Zenith answered it blankly and pulled a chair for her to sit down.
She sat down and they both started eating the dinner which was filled with laughter and happiness.
Linda was sitting on the bed of their bedroom with her PJs and Zenith came out of the bathroom.
Jumping over the bed Zenith said, "Exhausted after a tiring day, let's go to bed."
"Mm, Zenith I have something to ask you."
"Yes dear, you can ask me anything you want.", Zenith said with an assuring smile.
"Well, then--- how did you start to like my sister Leila.",Linda asked as she looked down scared of what he might say.
He lifted her chin up so they stared at each others eyes and then he replied,"I first saw her at your grandparents fiftieth anniversary. She was the host of that show. I started liking her at the very moment she ended her speech. So after that party I asked your parents about the marriage and they said it was fine. But your sister ran away before your wedding."
"So in first place you both didn't date like normal people do or even worse you both haven't talked with each other.",Linda asked amused. She thought Leila and Zenith loved each other and felt pity for grabbing Leila's boyfriend to be her husband.
"It's not that we haven't talked with each other, we have and we even married each other before."
