Chapter 21: I love you, Zenith
The sun rays penetrated through the glassed balcony door and fell right on her face, he was looking at her beautiful sun kissed face.
Linda opened her eyes with a blink and adjusted her view to the sunlight. Her hazel colored eyes directly fell on his blue eyes.
They stared into each others eyes and was dazed into their own thought.
Linda's eyebrows scrunched, Zenith moved forward towards her and held her into his embrace and said,"Shh...,don't talk. Just let me be like this for some more time."
Linda didn't struggle and followed his order. Five minutes passed, ten minutes passed and now half an hour but there was no sign for him to let her go.
"Hubby, h-ho-how come I ended up in the bed?", Linda questioned him, raising her head to see his face.
"I carried you as soon as you fell asleep."
"But why did you do that? You clearly didn't want to share the bed with me."
"It wasn't me who didn't want to share the bed it was you who felt uncomfortable to share the bed with me."
Linda thought for a brief amount of time and didn't say anything after she realized that she was the one who felt uncomfortable with him.
"I know you was some what uncomfortable, so I didn't say anything to what you thought and just let you decide.",Zenith said this and looked her hazel colored eyes and continued,"You don't want to be scared of me. I won't harm you in any ways, clear?"
Linda nodded her head in agreement.
Zenith smiled and said,"I heard you say you like me, right? If you like someone then you should trust them no matter what happens, OK?"
Linda's cheeks were pink when Zenith completed his lecture and then she nodded her head in agreement.
Zenith kissed her forehead and freed her from his embrace.
He moved away from her and got up from the bed but Linda grabbed his right hand with her left and suddenly he lost his balance and fell on the empty space of the bed.
Again he stared into her hazel colored eyes. She moved her right hand and placed it on his left chest and said, "I trust you no matter what and more than that I love you.",with this she gave a peek on his cheek and ran towards the bathroom.
Zenith was dumbstruck with what she told. He thought 'No,no it is to early for her to love me. How can she love me when she knows nothing about me.'
But subconsciously he touched the cheek where she kissed and smiled.
Linda on the other hand was controlling her heart which was beating like a crazy with no motive to stop.
'I confessed him. But this was to early. Then why did I do that.'
Linda was touched but what Zenith said and that was the reason for her to confess her feelings without her knowledge.
She smiled and said,"I love you, Zenith."
