Chapter 14: Her identity in sake
Linda walked to her washroom and stood infront of the mirror and she found her memories from last night getting back.
It was already one in the afternoon when she climbed down. She walked towards the kitchen to fetch something or the other to eat and she was surprised when she found a feast prepared for her.
Her mouth was hung open in the surprise. She found Zenith climbing down from upstairs.
"What are you waiting for, sit down and have your lunch.",Zenith said after seeing her standing near the dining table.
They both ate their lunch in silence and no one dared to utter a word. Quickly after completing her lunch she took her sling bag and moved towards the main door.
"Hey, it is Sunday, where do you plan on going?",Zenith questioned her as he did not understand where she was going on the weekend instead of relaxing.
"To work. I have to work overtime to complete it on time.", with this she turned her heels and moved forward but held her head and squat down.
"Are you, OK?",Zenith walked towards Linda who is squatting down.
"My headaches.",Linda said not bothering to lift her head as it will only worse the pain.
Zenith brought her a tablet and water and helped her drink it and when Linda felt better she walked out saying she will go for her work.
"Wait, I will drop you today.",Zenith said as he was concerned about her.
After starting the car he suddenly remembered that he didn't know where she worked,"Well! where do you work?"
Smiling at I reaction she said," I will say you the direction and then you will find it.". She wasn't sure about revealing her identity to him for the time being.
'What is so mysterious about her working place.' Thinking like that he followed her directions and stopped in front of a big mansion.
"Bye!", with this she removed her seatbelt and opened the door to get out of the car but he suddenly pulled her left hand and she looked at him with a confusion written in her face.
"Is this where you work?",Zenith asked as he didn't even understand a bit of what she was doing in front of the big mansion.
Literally speaking this mansion was her studio and she thought choosing a studio in residential area would not strike a doubt in onlookers.
"Yes. I work here. No need to pick me up I will come back on my own.", with this stood up again but he held her again and moved his face closer to her and asked,"How will you find a cab in this area?"
"I--I will find it you don't have to worry about that.",Linda shuttered because of his sudden closeness.
"Won't you introduce your colleagues to me?", Zenith asked as he thought that he has to find some ways to find out what was her work.
"I don't have colleagues. It's only me in the work."Linda said in an soft scared voice. No more ways to hide her identity of being a world famous author.
"What you work in this mansion on your own. Fine then let me see your boss.",Zenith said as he thought that she must be in trouble for speaking in an troubled voice.
"Fine, I am the boss myself. This is my mansion I owned after being successful in my career."
Zenith opened his mouth wide in astonishment. She is the boss herself. No employees, Working alone.
