The location of the Federation headquarters was set on a small artificial island in the center of the ocean. That location was very special. In order to show fairness and respect to the Allied countries, the location chosen for the small island happened to be the location from the center of the original nine major allied countries.

Every year, the countries of the Federation would pay their membership fees to maintain the daily routine of the small island. Every time the federation had something important to decide, they would gather the leaders of the Allied countries to hold a meeting here to resolve it.
