Chapter 1: Awakening
Ohm!
"Huh....?" Kira opened his eyes widely. He looked at his surroundings with a confused expression.
"Psst, Kira, Teacher Lin is calling you." A voice at his side came to his ears.
Kira turned his head and saw a young man in his teen. The young man was handsome and he has a short blonde hair. He was wearing a casual black western - style coat with a tie. A typical anime uniform.
Kira doesn't know who's this young man. He also doesn't know where he is.
He was confused.
Suddenly, he felt a severe pain hit his head. It was so strong that he fell on the ground.
Thud!
"Argh!" Kira screamed painfully as he held his head with both of his hands. Many images came into his mind. He then fainted as he couldn't handle the pain.
The young blonde man stood up and shouted, "Kira!"
The class stopped as the students looked over and saw Kira writhing in pain on the ground.
The Teacher quickly said in a loud voice, "Hendy, take Kira to infirmary quickly!"

Kira opened his eyes and saw an unfamiliar ceiling. He don't what happened but he just felt an extreme pain in his head.
"Hmm...?" He saw icons at the side of his vision. He turned his head left and right, but it seems that the icons followed his vision.
'What's this?' He thought as he focused on the icons on the left side of his vision.
He then saw the icons grew larger and it occupied his vision.

'What's this? A game?' He thought when he saw the row of words.
He thought he was just hallucinating so he closed his eyes. But, he still could see the row of words, even with his eyes close.
'What's going on?' He remembered that on his way back to his home a group of people stopped him.
He fought them, but with their numbers he couldn't win. He remembered the face of one of them. That one was the one he beat last time.
This was a revenge to him.
He charged at the thug and punched his face with all of his might. The thug fell on down, but got up quickly. The thug then took out a knife and in anger he stabbed Kira.
Kira took a deep breath and calm himself. He transmigrated to this body. Kira Riveri was this body's real name, the same as his. He possessed the memory of this body and his body on earth. He doesn't know that this thing could actually happen.
He focused his attention on the system in his vision.
He saw the Stats, Skills, Pills, Weapons, Training Ground, and Eden. All of them were locked except the Stats.
He quickly focused on the Stats and his was stats displayed in front of him.

Kira reads his stats and sighed.
Creature level. He didn't know much about this except for the information that came to his mind from the system. He only knows that Rank 1 was the weakest creature in the universe.
His Power State was ordinary. Power State was the measurements of his strength in this world. His Power State wasn't a problem to him.
But it seems that the Power State and Creature level were the same.
He knows that this world was just like earth. It was only advance by a century. This world has space elevator, spaceships, virtual game, robots, etc. But, he couldn't remember any superpowers in this world so he wasn't worried if his Power State was ordinary.
Proficiency. Once he managed to increase it to one hundred percent, Kira knew that he would gain a superhuman strength. He already has the knowledge of how to train in his mind. It didn't come from this body, nor to earth, but from the system. It was gifted to him by the system.
Health and Skills. Well, it's easy to guess if one had played games.
Essence Point. Is the thing that he needs the most. He need essence to unlock the other function of the system.
In one look, Kira saw the amount of essence, he need to unlocked the other function.
1,000 essences.
He needs a thousand essence to unlock one of the function and he only has one hundred essence. He don't even know where he could get it.
Kira didn't expect that those transmigration were real. He didn't think that he would become a victim of those kind of novels. He doesn't have a personality of a protagonist. He's just a mob, a thug, that's always fighting in the street.
First of all, if he had a system then this world is dangerous.
He already suspected that there's a secret society in this world that's full of superhuman beings.

He couldn't do anything about it. So, the Original Kira tried to break the engagement by running away here in this city.
The Original Kira doesn't want someone to dictate him. He said that he's the one that would pick his own fiancee.
'That fiancee is more beautiful than the celebrities on earth and it seems that she's not against the engagement.' Kira thought as he saw her appearance in the memories of the Original Kira.
There's also one thing that he wants to see in person.
The robots.
Kira want to see the ten - twenty meter robot of this world. A real fighting robot just like Gundam.
From his memories, there's three types of robot suit in this world. One was the giant robot and the other one was an armored suit like iron man. The last was the assault - type robot. It looks like the suit from Infinite stratos anime. Nevertheless, he wanted to see any kind of robot.
He then heard the door opened.
He turned his head and looked over. He saw a bespectacled girl wearing white high school uniform. She has a shoulder length brown hair, smooth white skin, and a pair of beautiful brown eyes.
On earth, this girl could become a celebrity, but in this world her appearance could be said pretty average.
This girl was called Yuki Nagami. A classmates of his and one of Kira's friends.
"How are you, Kira?" Yuki asked him with a hint of worry in her voice.
"I'm fine, thanks for worrying." Kira replied as he smiled to her.
Yuki didn't say anything as she just sat in a vacant chair. She had place the paper bag she brought on the table.
Kira observed her. He knows this girl from the memories of this body. This girl was a shy yet talkative girl at the same time. Other people know that she's a shy girl but once you get close to her, she will talk to you nonstop about her hobby.
"Wait, there." Yuki said as she looked at the things inside the paper bag.
"Don't tell me you brought manga here in school?" Kira asked her.
"Of course, I would bring at least one or two manga when going to school." Yuki said as she took out the manga from the paper bag.
Kira looked at her for a while before he asked, "Is the class over?"
Yuki nodded at him. She then stood up and placed a manga at his side.
She went back to sit in the chair and said, "Read that, I'm sure you will like it."
Kira looked at the manga and read the title.
"Dark Rouge...?"
He picked it up and looked at her. He saw her focusing on the manga on her hands. He then took out his mobile phone and looked at the time.
"Where's Haruto and Kenji?" He asked as he placed back his mobile phone.
Kenji and Haruto were his friends in this school. He got to know them after he run away from his house.
"In their club." Yuki replied to him in a simple way.
"Hmm..." Kira nodded, "You know, it's convenient to just read it online."
"You wouldn't understand it." Yuki shook her head, "Also, you can support the author by buying the hard copy."
"I see..." Kira nodded.
'I will start training later at night.' Kira thought as he opened the manga on his hands.
He was going to start strengthening his body. The system already imprinted the way inside his mind. He couldn't forget it even if he wants.
