Princess Margaret:"I happened to hear from my sources that you possess power over plants the same as elves from myths as none of those facts can be confirmed I would like demonstration please help this seed to grow but before that will these recording devices interfere with your magic?" as she has three cameras set up facing the pott of soil with the seed in it and a clipboard for notes in her hand
Me:"Princess clearly you are spying on me and no my magic is not affected by the recording devices"
Princess Margaret:"Good, you may proceed when ready" making no acknowledgement of spying accusation
Rolling my eyes at blanton disregard practically confirmed my accusation I begin pouring my magic into the seed willing it to grow it took slightly more effort then growing grass which was almost none as soon as it matured and came into bloom I knew that she tricked me as the flower that bloomed was called dream blossom it was very rare and disappeared because of the gods over harvesting them only a few seeds remain and not even the goddess Ninsar goddess of plants could grow them as I look over towards the princess she had dropped her pencil and her eyes are wide open in shock.
These seeds don't originate from our world they come from a world that was over harvested by the gods leading to its destruction mostly because of this flower which until now only existed in textbooks and gods only allow their followers to know about it in the miniscule hope to find more as the flower can be used to enhance a gods divinity it could also possibly help other beings but that was never studied as the gods hoarded them all in a massive frenzy leading to gods killing gods just for a single petal leading to all gods that survived and profited from those flowers as flower gods as their divinity takes a unique shape of a flower and is inherently more powerful than a god of the same level.
Me:"You are not recording this or keeping that flower!" snapping her out of her trance
Princess Margaret:"But the potential surely you must understand the significance of this!"
Me:"Either you are ignorant of or willfully disregarding the consequences of having that flower bloom on our world as it not endangers us but the entire world as the gods will rip up this world to try and find more of these flowers and if they discover that a spirit can grow them they will work to enslave us and spirits would rather be destroyed than be enslaved!"
Princess Margaret:"Isn't there any compromise can't the spirits be reasonable?"
Me:"We are reasonable the gods are the ones hunting spirits existing in the empire would you aid those seeking your destruction?"
Princess Margaret:"Maybe if the gods see what they can do maybe the gods will work with the spirits" she said desperately
Me:"That worked out so great for the titans as soon as they realized they couldn't control them and they were a threat to their power they led extermination campaigns against them leading to their genocide the gods who don't have a foothold on this world will send armies to kill off the spirits to prevent their enemies from growing in power and if the spirits refuse the gods of this world will hunt them down!"
Princess Margaret:"Your right, but I can't watch this flower be destroyed can you somehow absorb it like the gods?" she said while deleting her recordings
I can honestly say I did not even consider that possibility nor did I think that she would ask me to absorb it instead of trying to take it for herself as she is a god decedent being from the imperial royal family and it could greatly benefit her and it was her seed quite frankly I was trying to figure out how to get away with murdering her and pushing the blame on someone else so that I wouldn't suffer the consequences which is why I was wasting time talking with her and now I am wondering if I should still kill her for good measure or keep her alive and see if she can be of use to me.
