Anne Neville POV: Warwick Daughter
As we all sat down George was the first to open his mouth, "You all look so similar you rivers girls, you all look like beautiful fish."
Isabel began to speak "I'm not sure I would like to be a fish. George always try's to be kind but he never gets it right." She paused, than she looked at Richard. "Richard last time we saw you, you fell off your horse at my father's castle don't you remember."
Richard looked away embarrassed. Richard was very shy, but I liked him for it. His cute little curls and his eyes made me love him even more. If only I could be with him.
"My father helped Edward get on the throne, so now Edward-" George cleared his throat to stop me from saying anymore. I looked at Isabel I wasn't sure what I said wrong.
"So he did, and Edward loves him for it." Richard quickly cleared the air. "There's a seat over here Anne, if you'd like it." I walked over to the seat and sat down, right in front of Richard.
Soon after the horns rung, signaling that the Queen had arrived. We stood up to give our respect.
My father spoke "Lords and Lady's of the court, Queen Elizabeth Of England." Then music started playing and as they started walking we each gave a courtesy.
Later in Edward and I were whispering in each other's ears. "I did not think it would be this grand Edward."
"Those who claim our marriage is not valid, to prove a point."
"Who? Who is to say that our marriage is not valid. Wait I know, your mother." His mother hadn't even bothered coming to the coronation.
"The people were denied a royal wedding, so now we have given them a coronation as worthy of the lord himself." We continued like that for the rest of the dinner.
Isabel Neville POV: Earl Of Warwick's Daughter
"She doesn't even know how to behave." I whispered into my sisters ear. "How would you behave if you were queen."
"Not like that! I would not whisper with the King. I would be a queen of Stone, I would have dignity and no emotion. She doesn't even seem ashamed." My father told me how horrible of a woman she was, and even worst a commoner. My father has done everything for the King, yet the King treats him like this.
I didn't hate her however. I envied her, the king loved her so much. If only someone could love me as much as he love her.
"Oh how I wish for this Banquet to end." The Earl of Warwick was now coming our way, he always seemed to be so serious.
"Edward, we must sign a peace treaty with France. I have kept it away from your doorstep this entire week but it can no longer wait. Now that Charles of Burgundy has been befriended and the French have been left out we must do something.
"I will attend to that tomorrow cousin, feast with us today. I wish to see you happy, you have helped me with my goal to get the throne that belonged to my father. I thank you for that."
While they did that I drank my wine ignoring his presence.
It was now night time. Me and Edward were in our chambers being King and Queen. He walked over to me and moved my hair out of the way as he unlaced my dress. "Why must I have you wear so much clothing."
"I cannot think"
"What is the point of being king if I cannot keep you naked all day long." I wouldn't want anyone but you to my body, that is why my dear King.
