Chapter 99: Elmenhilde and Vampires
As the doorbell rings, Yubelluna who was with Ravel in her room, stand up from the bed as she walks to the door wondering who is at the door. When she opens the doors, she can see Azazel with few other people standing at the door. Yubelluna immediately understands they are here to discuss something important if the leader of the Fallen angels is here himself, so she welcomes them as she directs them at their living room. As they reach there Azazel speaks up first as he says
Azazel :"Can you call Issei, Rias, Gabriel and others? we want to discuss something with them. "
Yubelluna :"Okay. "
Yubelluna nods her heads as she moves towards Issei's room but when she reaches there and opens the doors she saw Issei who is only wearing a black jeans while his upper body is still uncovered leaving his bare chest and eight-packs in full view for her. Seeing his super fair skin and well-toned she smiles thinking she has such handsome and powerful man who consider her as his lover even though she has to share him with others girls not that she mind it at all.
But when she sees Rose, Ophis, Shuri, Akeno, and Akari sleeping with a content smile while a blanket covers their body upto their neck, and with Issei wearing his clothes she understands that they were having sex, But she didn't mind it as she moves towards Issei and says in low voice not to wake up others
Yubelluna :"Issei, Azazel is waiting for you in the living room. He is with some other people and says he has something important to discuss with you, Rias and others. "
Issei already knew about it the moment they entered his house as he has sensed them when they entered his house due to his enhanced senses and he knew about someone coming to his house when they open the portal outside his door due to his space affinity, that's why he had already woken up and cleared himself with his water and air magic to make his body clean as he didn't want them to know he just had sex with Shuri and others. So when Yubelluna asks him, He smiles towards her as he says

Issei only smiles on her words as she leaves the room to call for others and then he takes out a white T-shirt to cover his chest. As he reaches to living room he sees Azazel and a girl sitting on the sofa and a man and woman standing behind the girl. The girl has long wavy light blonde hair, deep red eyes and a beautiful doll-like face. As she sees Issei's face she gets shocked seeing how charming and handsome he is as a blush appears on her face for a second before she composes herself and says
Elmenhilde :"Greetings Mr. Issei Hyoudou, The Red Dragon Emperor. I am Elmenhilde Karnstein of the Carmilla Faction. "
Issei already knew who she is when he sees her and he can also guess why she is here but still he can't understand why she is here now as from what he knows from anime the time when she visit Rias to ask for Gasper's help for Valerie is still many months away or is it that due to him changing things a little from anime there are also changes with Rizevim's palns. Issei's PoV
Although I know that Khaos Brigade are involved in it but I didn't expect everything to turn out like this. Elmenhilde didn't talk about Gasper and she also knows about Khaos brigade involvement. After reaching to Romania Elmenhilde goes back to her faction with her bodyguards and we also moves inside the territory of the Tepes Faction. As we move inside their territory a vampire with a muscular body lands in front of us from the sky as he asks

He was on his guard duty when he sensed some people entering their territory so he hurriedly flies to the site where he felt them.
Rias :"I am Rias Gremory, the heiress of the Gremory Clan of the Underworld. We are here to meet your leader. "
When the vampire heard it he become shortly stunned because he didn't expect someone forom underworld to come here. He was merely a guard here so he immediately guides us towards their leader. He guides us to a big building as he takes us to a guest room and says
??? :"I will inform our new king about your arrival. Until then you all can wait here ."
After nearly one hour, he comes back as he says
??? :" Our king will meet you now. "
Saying this he starts guiding us to toward the throne hall. When we reach there, I can see many nobles in the throne room while a beautiful young woman with short blonde hair and red eyes is sitting on the throne. But despite this her eyes looks empty as there are no emotions inside her and she didn't even had any smile as she stares towards us. When she sees us, She does not show any reaction as she says
Valerie :"Hello everyone, I am the new head and the queen of the Tepes family. "
Rias, Kuroka and I also introduced ourselves while Gasper was standing looking at his friend with a grimaced face. He couldn't believe Valerie didn't even recognize him or said anything to him. I can also see that her condition is even worse than what it was in anime and I think it is due to Rizevium speeding up his plan.
Then a man standing beside Valerie says
