Chapter 6: Excellent Fantasy
Haze loaded one video of a <god smith> named [Excellent Fantasy] who was the current lowest on the rankings.
He quickly started the video and fast forward until the two gods began to fight.
On one side, there was a god named [Morose] that had a gigantic cannon on his back and was fighting an opponent named [Ant Life].
[Ant Life] had the ability to duplicate himself while [Morose] shot a laser out of the large cannon on his back.
Haze began to sweat as he realized that not only did their characters have cooler names, but they had more dynamic abilities as well. [Ant Life] duplicated himself thousands of times as he ran forward at at least seventy miles an hour while the other aimed his gun down to shoot himself into the sky.
Once he was in the air, [Ant Life], was only able to keep duplicating himself until [Morose] finally found the original and blew him up.
Once [Eternal Fantasy] saw [Morose] had killed his best candidate, he forfeited the match to not reveal his other gods. Haze sat back and wiped the sweat off his head as he looked back at Rail... She should be able to kill any character as long as he stared for ten seconds...
However, once she did it one time, if he lost everyone would find out her ability...
"Don't sweat it... Queue up against [Eternal Fantasy] and have Zack fight in the first round..." Rail said as she leaned on Haze's shoulder... "What do you have to lose?"
".... I... I guess I have time... " Haze clicked on the <combat> mode and queued up to fight [Eternal Fantasy]. In a moment, a prompt came up to name his characters and he quickly wrote [Star Dust], [Lotion], and [Wet Night] as his three characters names.
He took a deep breath as Lotion, who was Zack, appeared on the stage as [Ant Life] showed up across from him.
[Ant Life] had on a blue full piece suit with a red tie and white button shirt with black hair. He was the image of an average day businessman on Earth, but had three strange red dots on his forehead. He got in a fighting position as [Lotion] pulled out his sword and took a deep breathe...
"3... 2... 1..."
"...."
"Fight!"
[Ant Life] instantly began to duplicate and run in six directions as [Lotion] slowly took out his silver sword on screen. He took a deep breathe and spun his body before a white sword crescent shot forward.
Dozens of the [Ant Life] copies were cut in half before about half of them jumped into the air. They all smiled together before [Lotion] stepped forward off his back foot and slashed out three more times.
Dozens more of the duplicates burst before ten surrounded [Lotion] and leaned back and punched.
[Lotion] simply stepped back and dodged easily before he finally stepped forward and cut the duplicates in half.
One lone duplicate was running away from him before [Lotion] tossed his sword and cut the fleeing [Ant Life] in the back.
"First round has been won by [Lotion]... Would [Eternal Fantasy] like to continue..."
"[Eternal Fantasy] has forfeited the match..."
"Well, that was easy...." Haze said as he looked down at Rail's hazel eyes... "Are the rest harder than this..."
"I was badly crafted, but my ability well chosen..." Zack said with confidence... "I should have no problem against [Morose]... However, look..."
[Unnamed Account has received one god credit for winning first victory!]
[Would you like to continue?]
"No...." Haze clicked on it as he cracked his knuckles... "I think it's time I train..."
"Sure... just close your eyes and lie on the floor..." Mace said with a smile... "I have a unique way of training master..."
