Chapter 5: EP5: Rocket vs Slick part 1
Rocket, May, and Ash are walking in the morning trying to find what to do. Ash has so many recommendations for something to do in that morning but both Rocket and May just refuse to so all of that.
"Wow, we have so many things to do today, is it? You know, I suppose to have a training to be good at swimming. My teacher said there would be a-"
"Hey, I just got a great idea for all of us to enjoy! How about we go to the beach?"
"Really, Rocket? I mean I don't really know how to swim that much. But if you'd want to then let's go."
"Don't worry, Ash. It's all going to be fine. The decision is now confirmed. We are going to the beach."
The three of them walks their way on the east side of the island. The beach is located on the east. As they change direction, Ash feels something weird..
"Hey, guys, do you hear that? It just came out instantly."
"What is it, Ash. Don't tell me that you think another Eggman minion followed us and tried to attack us just like you did."
"That would be one possibilities that might just happen in front of our eyes. Let's continue walking but at the same time, let's try to look up in the hills."
"Whatever you say, Ash."
May then stares at Rocket making a face sign that she doesn't really like Ash's behavior. Rocket then just nods no to say that they shouldn't be worried about Ash because he trust him.
Six minutes later...
They finally appeared on the beach and there are so many people. Some of the visitors are Rocket's schoolmate from his school. Some of Rocket's friend then sees him...
"Hey look, everybody, it's Rocket the Beaver! He's our Savior!"
All of the students from Rocket's school then cheers him up for making the school destroyed because of the mount. May is confused while Ash facepalms Rocket.
"I don't get it, aren't all of these guys are the students on Rocket's school? I guess all of the people in his school is tired of it."
"I don't know but we study at the same school and I can't believe I just realized that."
"You lived here, Ash? I mean, I thought you were a bounty hunter looking guy trying to kill Rocket. And the most important question of all, why did you want to kill Rocket?"
"I just started hunting down Rocket one week ago and found out that he lives in this island. And I didn't know why Dr. Robotnik want him to be killed. Maybe because he has some hidden powers?"
"Hidden powers? I didn't even see that coming?
An Irritating looking boy then comes to Rocket and he passes Rocket and hits him while walking. Rocket then feels unappreciated and he then tries to talk with the guy that just crashed him.
"Hey, dude, do you think it's really cool to just crash me and leaves without an apology?"
"Why would I want to apologize for stupid things like that? Maybe you were meant to be crashed because you're an idiot."
"I'm so sorry, dude. I can't believe this, You just crashed me and then you insulted me. Do you have any respect to any people, you jerk? What about your parents."
They then starts an argument while May and Ash being worried. They then just stares Rocket and the dude without doing anything than just staring.
"Listen, I am a cool guy. My name is Slick the Wolf. And you probably can't fight me off. You can't even win on a race with me."
All of them gasped because Slick thinks that Rocket is slow. They all realize that Rocket is this island's fastest Beaver and animal. Rocket then would want a Race challenge with Slick.
"If you wanted to be such a cool guy, would you want to have a race with me. Let's use the rails even if it's broken. I'll beat you up and you can just eat my dust."
"Challenge accepted, cowboy kid."
All of them are getting excited that Rocket and Slick is going to have a race in a dangerous place and mood.
Mean while...
They all prepared the race but Rocket is planning on where the finish place is and he'll explain it to Slick. He then points out to the sky and prepared all of his energy for the race
"Alright, Dingus, the challenge is a race with only one lap. We will start here at the beach, we can go on the rails. The finish line will end up at the floating island in the high looping rails. It will took lots of speed to do it."
"The high looping rails?!! Nobody have ever done that part before. Even Rocket, he haven't even done it yet. Is he planning to make it out on that challenge?" A random person seems shocked on those two
"What are you really planning to do, Rocket the Beaver? They said that you haven't completed that High Looping Rails. Are you really going to think that you could beat me up in this race."
"Do you have to overly underestimate me this much? You are going to be in my list on my most hated people in this world. You will be the first one."
May and Ash are just standing there trying to see if Rocket could make a win on the race. Ash then just stands there silently. May sees Ash's face and she sees that face everytime. It's the face of betrayal.
"Don't tell me that Ash pretends to be friends with Rocket? I knew I shouldn't trust a guy that tried to kill my friends. This is just beyond my limit of hope. I better go somewhere far and help Rocket." May in her mind...
"Hey, Ash, I gotta go to the beach's toilet. I really shouldn't eat that chili dogs in the first place. I'll see you soon. Tell me what I missed, okay."
"Sure, May."
The race then started and both of them are running through the dangers of what's coming in the future.
