Alliance
In the middle of a city, a two-storey building stood unnoticeable. It looked like an old building that could be mistaken to be abandoned. Yet it was so clean due to its brownish paint on it. A guard wearing a polo-barong stood in a parkway and a man armed with a gun stood on the main door of the building.
In the underground of that building, a wide room was occupied. It had pews and three chairs that made it looked like a church. Each chair in front was occupied by men wearing a gown that made them look so reverend. They had a golden crown on their head that made them look like kings of world. Their face were so gloomy yet looked so evil.
"Is our plan working, Reverend S?"
"I cannot answer that right now, Reverend Q. But we are making some progress. The prophecy will be fulfilled soon. How are things in the other cults, Reverend M?"
"Everything is fine. Regarding our plan to kill the time-keeper, should we just hire an assasin rather having Sam do the work alone?"
"Sam is enough. His gift is more superior than of those assasins that we have. But if he fails, we will proceed to another plan."
A man suddenly interrupted the conversation of the three reverends. He looked so respectable and decent because of his black americana. His hair was something you could see on actors that wanted to look so handsome in a television show.
"Holy Reverends, I received a call from the Evolved about the joint force. They are asking for a meeting to talk about some details about the matter. They say that they will appreciate if it can be held soon."
"They are always in a rush." Reverend Q said, grinning.
"Thanks, my child for informing us. You may take your leave. Bless you." Reverend S said.
"All for the peace, Holy Reverends."
When the man was nowhere to be seen, the holy reverends took some time to think about the information that was relayed to them.
"They have become so powerful, thanks to us. It is also a good thing that we have a treaty with them. But it looks like they are up to something."

"Aah!"
Upon opening her eyes, Fate felt like her head was about to explode. She was comforted somehow by some unbelievable healing power given from the woman on her left.
"Are you alright now?" asked Shyla.
"Shall I start the interrogation?" Dave said, asking Shyla.
"I've got to go home now." Timotheo blurted out.
"What? Are you out of your mind or something? You were just involved this morning in a supernatural incedent and here in front of you will be the source of your answers, and you are just going home?"
"Shyla already explained enough."
Fate looked at Timotheo and said:
"You've got to stay beside me."
Timotheo was shocked by what he heard. So were Shyla and Dave. Timotheo had never heard such words that they made him blush.
"If you want to stay alive, stay beside me." said Fate.
"Wha-.. Why? Are you some kind of superhero?" Timotheo said arrogantly.
Timotheo scrutinized Fate. Fate was somewhat tall. She had slender body and a morena skin. Her hair was short that made her looked like a soldier or a police.
"Many are after you. They are going to kill you. You will never live a normal life again. Humans' life is in your hand. You have to train your self for the upcoming battles. Physically, mentally and spiritually." said Fate.
"Wait, wait, wait! You are making things more confusing." Timotheo said sternly.
Fate suddenly fainted. She almost dropped to the floor. Shyla was able to catch her in due time. Timotheo and Dave stood up from where they were sitting and helped Shyla with Fate.
"Looks like I have no choice but to bring you guys to my mansion. It will be safer there. And I will be able to help you with some things there Timotheo." said Dave.
"Got a car?" asked Shyla.
"They are on their way"
