Eun's POV
After a week of doing an admission process, today is our second week of school. On the first week, we only do the basic things like tour around the campus, familiarizing ourselves in the place, introducing ourselves in every class that we need to attend. You know, the very common events happening in every first week of school. Club applications, friend hunting and boy hunting *smirk*, basically discovering every possible details that we need to help us in our school life.
I normally woke up at seven in the morning but since it is time to go to school and we starts seven forty-five am, I decided to woke up an hour earlier than usual, six am. I have to be at school before seven so I can go to the president's office without alarming the students and school staffs who live in the area. I want to do some agendas for the day before I attend my class, and I also don't want to be late, I start my day earlier than it supposed to be.
Although I have my own tunnel, elevator and parking area as the president so I will be away from the eyes of the people around me, it is still better to be safe than sorry. In my office I also have my secret door where I can directly go in the floor level that I want without them knowing.
Since the office of the president in on the top floor in the main building and aside from me, it is only my secretary, who also represents me in my behalf, who occupies the floor. Her office is located on the east wing and mine is located on the west wing. We decided to have our office on opposite direction to avoid people from walking around my office hallway whenever they (school staff and business related people) need to talk to the secretary for business purposes, it is a precaution too.
She knows me personally as she is one of my dad's secretary's daughter, one of our trusted people under our family. Aside from our offices, the floor has its own mini lounge per wing, adjacent to our office room. We also have our own kitchen with pantry, private bathroom and public washroom in each wing. We also have two boardroom or conference room located in the center, we decided to put up a conference room even if we barely use it, only if we need to use it.
I personally have my own secret room with a bedroom, mini walk-in closet, and bathroom inside my office, of course it is not visible in their eyes, it has a hidden passageway. There is also a hidden door connected to the kitchen, so I don't need to walk around the hallway whenever I need to go to the kitchen.
I also have my own intercom in my desk whenever I want to talk to my secretary and a separate intercom whenever I need to do an announcement that need to be heard by all the students and school staff, it was also located in the hidden room number two. The hidden room number two have a sound system that is connected to all the speakers around the school area, which has a voice changer so they won't recognize my voice once I talked to them in person as the real me. It is my way of disguising myself; it is also served as a mystery to all of them, so they won't discover who I really am.
I also have a personalized 500-inches flat screen monitor that is mounted in the wall, which all the cctv cameras were connected. I requested these items so I can personally monitor everything around the school. Although there are times that I have to record myself when I need to do an announcement and played it on the scheduled time so my classmates won't question me whenever I disappear when an announcement were made by the president.
My secretary also doesn't need to walk to go to my office, we can talk through phone or emails. We also have our own chat room, personalized design just for the two of us, where we can talk about simple matters like schedules, agendas and the likes. She also reminds me whenever my class schedule, normally thirty to twenty minutes before the scheduled class starts so I can still have a few minutes to walk to the location of that class. I barely I asked her to enter my office unless it is very important matters and if only needed.
I spend my free time in the office doing office stuffs, finishing the agendas of the day, and reviewing a lot of things so I can cope up with how the former president handles the school. I am also revising some proposals that can help me develop the school and manage it well.
It is challenging and a little bit tricky but since I am also a student, I can observe around and deduce a plan that I think my fellow students need. A plan that can help and motivate the students to do their best performance both in academics and curricular activities.
Being a student myself, helps me a lot in managing the school for the better way because I also experience what my fellow student experience. I also observe the behavior and performance of professors and instructors. I can also do my own investigation before I make a final decision whenever there are complaints surrounding the school area.
I am the President and so I want to know everything, even the simple details in the school. I have the responsibility to protect both the students and the school staffs. By doing so, it also helps me protect the reputation of the school. I don't want to fail in managing the school, I don't want to disappoint my family especially my dad who trusted me with the school management. If I can't manage the school properly then it also shows that I am not capable in managing my businesses.
Some of the things here looks like unrealistic but if you live in a luxury, even impossible is possible.
