-15 years ago - A woman and a man along with a small boy who looks not more than five were walking into the airport, from the resemblance the boy shared with the couple, he was their child. Seems like they had planned to leave the Country. "Mom why do we have to leave? " the boy asked. The father feigned unbothered since the question wasn't directed at him.
"Son things don't go the way one wants every time, whenever there is an unexpected situation, rational decisions follow suit." replied his mother.
"I understand your words but I don't know the meaning "
"You don't need to try hard to understand, just don't forget these words"
"Your son understands."
"Remember if you are to come back in the future, just have it at the back of your mind that you do not have any family member here in Nigeria. Your name too will be John peter."
Thinking about all these although his face didn't show any expression if one could open his chest, one would be able to see his sorrowful heart bleeding. Sometimes, he just wish he could shed tears over all these but he could not help it. He can't even remember the last time he cried but it is certain that he had not cry for the past ten years.
As he walked out of the airport he approached a driver, "sir can you take me to an hotel? "
"Definitely " The driver replied
"I would like it if the hotel is a bit cheap" he said trying to show an embarrassing expression.
"Ok, but it is a bit far from here ". If one look very well one will notice change in the driver facial expression, he was disappointed. Even though peter notice it. He entered the cab and decided to take a nap. He was unaware of what was happening, whether the driver was taking him to the right place or not.
He woke up when he discovered that the car stopped. He opened his eye before he could say anything the driver alighted and and ran off. He was enable to pinpoint what was happening.
"Since I'm unable to figure out what is being on, let me just get back to sleep, unnecessary headache "he thought.
After about ten second, a car stop at the back of the back of the cab, three guys came out excluding the driver. One of which walked closer to the cab, he was the only one with a machete. "Jungle, this mad man must have run very far, some one must have alert him that we are coming for him "said the man who walked to the cab.
"I know there is a mole in our ranks, don't worry let's go, drive the cab and follow us we will inform the boss " replied jungle. With the way the man beside the cab addressed jungle, it seems he has the highest rank among them. The man beside the car was named Python. The name was actually a fitting one because he has a long neck long head while every part of his body is thin except for the hidden part.
"As he was about to get into the car he saw a boy sleeping " jungle their is a boy sleeping inside here "
"Leave the boy alone," on second thought, "bring him along also".
