Chapter 5: Chapter 4

"Try the grey stuff, it's delicious! Don't believe me? Ask the dishes!"~Lumiere (1991)

Francesca

I woke up the next day late like usual and was happy to notice that the girls had taken my advice. There was no sound coming from anywhere; they hadn't gotten up extremely early to do anything like they had in the days prior. I got up and strolled into my bathroom. I looked in the mirror and saw that I didn't look too dreadful. Sure my hair stood straight up on end, but I looked happier. I walked away from the mirror and turned on the shower. When the water was warm enough I stepped in and washed away the remnants of sleep away from my body.

By the time I was done in the shower, the whole bathroom was full of steam. I wrapped my hair in a towel and put another around myself. Then I walked into my room to my closet. I dressed, in a pair of casual jean shorts and a flower printed blouse for the day. I went back into the bathroom and blow-dried my hair and put it in a high ponytail.

Before leaving my room, I quickly put on a pair of stud earrings and a few simple rings. I walked down the stairs and into the kitchen. I saw they had finally retired their old, horrible uniforms that they had been wearing since I had gotten here. They were both in comfortable day time clothes that closely resembled mine.

I noticed that both girls were standing in the kitchen preparing breakfast. Alexandra was standing, with her back to me, in front of the stove. While Victoria was facing me, with her down pointed down, cutting fruit up into fun little shapes. I had guessed that she had probably had younger siblings or young relatives back home.

"Hey, guys!" I said happily and they jumped. I guess they hadn't expected me quite yet.

Victoria looked up at me and smiled. Alexandra waved her spatula back at me but quickly went back to cooking. She was focused on whatever she was cooking. I sat down at one of the bar stools and grabbed a piece of fruit before Victoria could stop me. When she saw my hand come back for another piece, she pushed it away with her free hand. I waited a few seconds then tried it again, but once again failed.

" Francesca, if you eat all of the fruit now then you won't have any for breakfast," Victoria said a mock-motherly tone. I stuck my tongue out at her and she laughed.

" Ok you guys, this is done. Can someone grab some plates?" Alexandra asks. I jump up and before Victoria can grab them; I do. I place three of them in a line on the counter. Alexandra separates the food in the pan evenly onto the three plates. We all take one and sit at the bar where three place settings have been perfectly set up.

I have to say that Alexandra is a really good cook; she must have been the person that made all the food on my first day. When we had all finished eating, I got up and took all the dishes to the sink.

" Francesca, that is our job. You can just sit at the bar and keep us company," Victoria says.

" No, I want to do this. I had a lot of things done for me my whole life. I can do this. Besides, you guys deserve a break," I state. I shot them down every time they would start to protest and by the time I finished, they had just given up. When everything was dry and put away, we walked out into the living room and sat down on the assorted couches.

The room was relatively large and there wasn't much in the world of decoration. There were one simple brown, canvas couch, that I was currently sitting on, and two small pale brown loveseats, that the girls had sat down on. There was a black, wooden coffee table and a Tv. There wasn't anything else that occupied the room. All the rooms in the house were the same; they were all as dull and as empty as the next. I made a mental note to change that...I hated emptiness and feeling it just makes me miss my family even more.

I looked around the room and thought of another way to change the emptiness that seeped into my heart when I was alone at night.

" Guys, I have a crazy idea. I don't know if it could even work, but I want to try it anyway," I said suddenly. The girls looked at me with an imploring look to continue speaking.

" Ok, you guys know that we are going to be doing a lot of sneaking around for Victoria's wedding? Well, you are across the back lot and that is far if I need you guys quickly for any of the planning. So I was thinking that maybe you guys could take two of the spare rooms on this side of the house. It would also be nice to see a friendly face even on your days off. What do you say? " I said.

Their matching expressions of disbelief didn't look promising. What was I thinking...they probably enjoy their space and moving, even just across a lot, is a lot of work.

" Francesca...do you really want us around here all the time?" Alexandra asked.

" Of course I do. You guys are awesome and you make the loneliness disappear whenever you are around," I replied.

" Then we will move over to the big house. It is much too lonely over in the staff quarters. We are the only ones that live in that section of it, so..we get lonely too," Victoria said with a small, sad smile.

"This is going to be amazing! There are two rooms that I already have in mind for you two and everything. They are the closest to mine and they are empty so you can fill them with all of your things," I squealed and with a start, I jump from the couch.

" We should get a head start now, who knows how long this may take. I hope both of you like the rooms that I chose," I said. They both stood and nodded. I began skipping up the stairs. They followed me and I can hear them giggling, but I didn't care. I was too happy to care. The emptiness will hopefully be gone and I will finally get a good night's sleep.

When we arrived in front of the first door to the left of the staircase, I turn around to them.

" So I think that this room will fit Victoria the best. Even though it empty, just think about what it will look like when your stuff is in it. That will help you make your decision on your room... hopefully," I glance to Victoria and she nods. I turn back to the door and turn the doorknob. The door swings open and I walk in, allowing them to look over the room.

" I found this room the other day, while I was wandering around. I thought this might work for you Vic because of the bayside window. There are shelves built into the walls. I know that you said that you never did any kind of book club, but I could tell that you like to read. There is also a connection to another room above this one. The spiral staircase in there leads to it. I figured that we could use the room to hold all the things we need for your wedding," I began to say and when I see her face I know that my assumptions were correct. " I have a feeling that at some point in time this was an art studio. I know because there is paint splattered on the walls at some places and there are scuff marks on the floor from the easel being moved to work with the lighting…I should know, this is what one of my rooms at home looked like too. With a fresh coat of paint, I think that the room would suit you nicely. What do you think Vic? " I questioned.

And here comes that all too familiar feeling. No matter what I do emptiness and loneliness seeps into my mind with no remorse. I push the feelings away and plaster a smile on my face.

" This is more than perfect, Francesca. The whole top floor of my flat could fit into this one room. It is huge!" She says with an awestruck smile. She turns to me and hugs my petite frame. When we pulled apart, I could see Alexandra looking at me inquisitively.

" Don't worry, Alex; I haven't forgotten about you. Your room is just a few doors down. Follow me, ladies, the rest of the house awaits," I explained as I ushered them out the door. Alexandra laughs at my antics but follows me out the door anyway.

As I turn to pull the door close, I see that Victoria is still standing in the middle of the room looking around.

" Vic, do you want to come with us to see Alex's room or would you like a little time alone?" I inquired as I suggestively raised my eyebrows.

She blushed slightly, then nodded and walked toward the door. We walked two doors down the hall where I stopped in front of another room. I turned the knob and let them in. I looked at Alexandra and saw that her expression mirrored Victoria's.

" When I walked into this room I thought that it would work for Alexandra. There is an ensuite bathroom and there is access to a balcony. The really special thing about this room is that there is a private staircase that goes straight down into the courtyard. We could use this as an advantage. We could sneak people up it and we could use it to get the gifts into our side of the house without Scott knowing that anything ever came to the house." As I said this, I watched as a look of shock crossed both of their faces.

" I love this room, Francesca. There is so much natural light and I love that I have a way to see the outdoors whenever I please. But that staircase... is there a lock for that door?" Alexandra asks.

" Yes, there is. It's just a latch, so it is easy to lock. Don't worry though, I went down the passage and I had to throw almost all my body weight on it to open. The door hadn't been opened in quite a number of years," I reassured her hoping to ease her fears.

" Okay. Then I think that this will be perfect and it will fit our purposes quite nicely. But there are too many secret passages in this house. It makes me think, how many of these does Mr. Jackson even know about?" Alexandra says.

" This is an old house, much like mine in America. People in the olden days were always making secret passages to make sure that they could hide from any kind of invasion. These days, it makes playing hide-and-go-seek much more interesting," I begin.

" Anyway, that is not something we need to worry about. We will cross that bridge if we ever need to. Besides, he vowed to stay on his side of the house. I would think that it applied to all the ways around the house," I say, but in the back of my mind I can't help but wonder if he stays to true to his words.

Alexandra wandered around the room for a little while longer, looking at all the hidden details that the room possessed. Meanwhile, Victoria and I sat in the middle of the room waiting for her to finish. When she finally joined us on the floor, I could tell that they both had questions.

" Ok now that we know where we will be staying. How are we going to get our stuff from across the back lot to here without anyone noticing?" Alexandra asks.

" I haven't thought that far ahead yet. I didn't even know if you guys would say yes, so I only thought so far in advance. Any ideas?" I said sheepishly. I know that may sound dumb, but I thought they would say no. We had only known each other a short while, why would they want to be around me?

" We could ask Albert if Mr. Jackson and Mr. Reed are still here or if he already took them out for the day," Victoria chimed.

" That's brilliant! I completely forgot that we all have to share Albert. Do you think he would tell us though?" I said.

" Yes, of course, he would. You are Mrs. Jackson. You are technically his employer. Plus he is a really nice guy," Alexandra says.

" Let's do it then," I say. I jump up from the floor and run out of the room towards the stairs. I run down the stairs and grab the landline. I click the button that has a picture of a car and waited for the phone to ring. After two rings, Albert picks up.

" Hello Mrs. Francesca, what can I do for you today?" Albert says happily through the phone. His chipper attitude immediately brings a smile to my face.

" I need to ask you something, Albert. I was wondering if you had already taken Mr. Jackson and Mr. Reed out for the day or are they still at home?" I ask.

" Well...I have already taken Mr. Jackson, but I am on my way now to get Mr. Reed now. I don't mean to pry Miss, but why?" He says.

" Oh, it is nothing, Albert. Could you maybe not mention this conversation to Scott?" I ask.

" My lips are sealed. See you around Miss. Have a wonderful rest of your day," Albert replies. With that, I hang up the phone and run back up the stairs to find the girls exactly where I had left them.

" Well Scott's gone, but Mr. Reed is still here, but is on his way out now, so we are good," I state. They both smile and stand from the ground.

" I say that we take you over to our quarters. By the time we get there Mr. Reed should be gone," Alexandra says. Victoria nods and I follow them. Before we leave the room, I remember the secret passage.

"Guys, why don't we take the secret passage?" I inquire.

" I almost forgot about that thing. Why not?" Alexandria declared.

We walk back into the room and over to the back wall. I pull the wall light down and the secret door opens with a pop. I pull the door open wider and hold it for them to go through. They both look at me as if I was crazy, but one after the other they walk through the opening and start down the long flight of stairs. I follow them through and close the door behind me. We walk single file down the dimly lit stairwell till we got to the bottom. I got in front of them and pulled the hidden lever down, but just like the last time I tried, the door barely opened. I stepped back and pushed the door with all my body weight.

The girls eventually began to help me and we pushed the door the rest of the way open. The usually clouded sky of Wick was still much brighter than the muted light of the stairwell. It took a few seconds for our eyes to adjust to the outside light. When I could finally see, I looked around and was once again amazed by the beauty of the courtyard...well, where there had once been a beauty. I could see the outlines of handcrafted pillars, the places where someone had once allowed ivy to grow and the places where there had once been pillars to hold a glass roof.

That had been long ago though. Now, the ivy grew out of control and covered the walls and the pillars' beauty. Everything in this one area was now covered by a thick layer of green. The glass roof had long since fallen in. The pillars and a few pieces of glass were all that remained standing. This had once been someone's personal project, but now it was completely left to nature's devices.

We continued walking farther and farther away from the main house until we stood in front of a small house. It was made from the same stone that the main house was, but it had much less care. Ivy had grown up the walls here too. The girls lead me to the door and Victoria pulled out a key. She put the key into the lock and turned it till there was a click. She pulled the key from the hole and opened the small, old wooden door enough for all of us to walk through. She pulled the door shut behind us and Alexandra led the way into the house. We bypassed all the other rooms until we reached the bedrooms. All but two doors stood wide open; you could see right into them. They were all vacant.

I guess the ladies weren't lying when they said that they were the only two people that lived here. That must mean that Scott's maids and butlers live in the other identical house a few feet away.

I had stopped to look into the empty rooms and the girls had stopped beside me leaving me to my thoughts. I looked back at them and saw they were staring at me with quite confused looks.

" I suppose that our separate staffs can't share a house because that would just be a tragedy. Oh, the horror! My maids and butlers would have contact with hers'...I wouldn't be able to handle it!" I say dramatically, mocking Scott. I fall to my knees and hold my hand over my heart. I pretend to have a heart attack and fall back onto the ground behind me.

The girls are in hysterics by now and I had joined them. When we all caught our breaths, they helped me stand and we continued our journey down the corridor.

I follow Alexandra into one of the rooms. I look around and know that this is hers. There was no organization and there was stuff everywhere. It was one of the most colorful rooms I had ever seen, next to Elle's...I couldn't imagine anyone else living here.

" I hadn't expected any company…" Alexandra said sheepishly as a light tint of pink came across her cheeks. She walked around her room and picked up a few things that she had deemed embarrassing.

" Don't worry, Alex. There is nothing that we all haven't seen before and anyway I really like your room. It is so colorful and it just feels like home," I divulged. Everything in here made me think of what home is supposed to feel like. From the multicolored walls to the pictures that covered every available inch of the back wall.

" Yeah, you should have seen my room back home, it was even more random than this. There was no wall left, all the pictures that I had taken since I started in high school covered the walls," she said with an expression that could only be read as homesickness.

" Well, how are we going to get them all off the wall to move them to your new room?" I asked confused by the fact that all the photo edges meshed together, there was no way to get them all off without ripping them.

" That is for me to find out, go check out Victoria's room. I will call you when I get them all off the wall and then we can start putting stuff into boxes," Alexandra said. She ushered us away from her pictures and towards the door. I laughed at her and followed Victoria to her room.

It was picture-perfect, there wasn't anything out of place. Everything had its spot and there wasn't a speck of dust in sight. Once again, I am not surprised by the room. It matched her personality perfectly. Prim, proper and clean cut…the only thing out of place were boxes piled outside of her closet.

" Well, your room will be much easier to pack up, since you can actually see the walls and some of your stuff is still in boxes," I said.

" Yeah, I can't stand a dirty room and this job was only supposed to be temporary. I was going to make enough money to get a plane ticket home and to pay for my wedding. I had expected you to be terrible," She said with a sheepish smile.

" Don't worry. I can see why you may have had that assumption. Scott is quite awful to everyone. And I am sure that all of the other people of wealth that you have met have treated you both the same way," I say as I go to pick up the boxes near the closet.

I put the boxes on the floor in front of her bed and we begin to put the rest of her stuff back in the boxes. This was going to take a while…

- - - - - - - -- -- - --- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -

It took us three hours to put both of the girl's stuff away in boxes. I must say though, it took us much longer to pack Alex's room because it was much less organized. I was scarred a few times too many whiles picking up her room. I saw some things that will be forever engraved in my mind.

We had the garden staff help us get the boxes from the back of the lot to the courtyard. We left the rest for ourselves, we took box by box up the secret staircase till they all had made their way into Alex's room. From there we separated them into the correct rooms and began the extremely long process of setting everything back up. We also had the staff carry the bed and mattress up the normal staircase into their rooms, and we had them both set before I saw Albert's limo show up on the drive. I am very proud of myself for that…

Another three hours later and everything was done. Well for the most part...we had their clothes unpacked and in their rightful places, and Alex's had begun to put up the excessive amount of photos that she had on her original wall. I had long since retired to my room. Thus allowing, the girls to have their privacy with their more intimate items in their possession. The last thing I saw was Victoria's stunning engagement ring...It was perfect and it made me yearn for the ring that Brandon would have eventually given me.

We all flop down on my bed and groan at our sore muscles. We had been going up and down that small staircase all day and it had started to take its toll.

"Dear lord ladies, how did all that stuff fit in your rooms?" I asked.

" Honestly Francesca, I have no idea. But now I have plenty of room so that shouldn't ever be a problem," Alexandra replied.

" Haha, very funny Alex. Remind me to never move. It sucks!" I said exasperated.

" Note taken. I agree that was a lot of bloody work. I don't want to ever do that again," Victoria chimes. I smile at her and begin to relax farther into the bed, but then I remember there that was one thing that we had yet to do.

" Hold on guys, before we all fall asleep, we have one room left to do," I said as I sat up. They both look at me slightly confused...geez it's only been six hours and they have already forgotten.

" Remember the tower-like room above Vic's... The one we are going to use as the wedding room?" I reminded. It took them a few seconds, but soon they sat up next to me and we jumped down off the side of the bed.

" She is right Vic; let's go. I want to put out all the stuff we bought and I want to see the ideas that Francesca has come up with," Alex said. I blushed slightly and pushed my hair down to cover my cheeks.

" I haven't started anything yet since I haven't taken any of her measurements or her preferences. It is going to be her big day, so I want her to be comfortable," I said. This time it was Victoria's turn to blush and she had a covering her excitement.

We carried all the materials that we bought during our time in town, over to Victoria's room and walked them up the small, white spiraling staircase. I must say though, it was really hard to get the manikin up those narrow stairs. I nearly dropped the thing three times before I placed it in its permanent space above Victoria's room. When everything was set, they sat down on the floor in a circle as I got all the things needed to plan out the dress.

When I finally sat down, I had a large pile of things in front of me. The pile consisted of my camera, a notebook, a sketchbook, and a seamstress tape measure.

" Ok Vic, I know we just sat down, but...can you stand for me I need to take some pictures of you and I need to take your measurements?" I say sympathetically. We all had a rough day, there was a lot of moving around and I could tell that she was worn out just as the rest of us were.

I took a few pictures of her overall bodily features; I would use them to make sure that the designs fit with her body shape. Next, I measured her waist, bust, the length of her whole body, the length for her shoulder to her wrist, and lastly the width of her shoulders. I double-checked all of them before writing them down in my notebook. I hadn't even asked her for her preferences and already ideas were crowding my mind. I could visualize the white fabric in some ways that fit so well with her body. I couldn't wait to start, but I should probably get the bride's preferences first...

" Ok, so I know that it will be made from the fabric we bought, but we need to talk style. I want you to really love your dress, so I am going to ask you a few questions. If you don't understand any of them, just tell me and I will draw it out for you," I said. She nodded as we sat back down on the floor next to Alexandra.

" Floor length or knee-high?" I asked while I secretly hoped for floor length.

"Floor length, I think that is much more elegant than knee-high dresses," she replied.

" Long or short-sleeved?" I asked.

" Long too please, I think I will like the way the lace looks when it travels down my arms," she says. I silently agree, knowing that with her alabaster skin, the slight pinkness of fabric will show through beautifully.

" Sweetheart neckline or turtleneck?" I asked.

" Sweetheart neckline," she replied.

" For the bodice, mermaid or princess?" I asked.

" Somewhere in the middle with that one. Due to me being so bloody short, those large, puffy skirts swallow me. I look like a bloody fool in a mermaid dress because I have the curves of a prepubescent boy," she replied with a giggle. It wasn't common that Victoria would crack any jokes, but when she did, they were always so perfect. And now that she mentioned it, I realized she was quite short. Her measurement only came out to 5"; she was so adorable up against the bodies of Alexandra and me.

" Perfect, that will be it. Now let's talk dates and themes. What are your ideas?" I asked the bride-to-be.

" I'm not quite sure about either of those things. And I left before Jarin and I could talk about any of this. We had only been engaged for two months when I left for here," she said.

" Vic, we need to get his input and maybe he has thought about it a little bit more than you have. Plus I have been dying to talk to the man that tied you down," I said with a slight laugh. I felt the familiar tinge at the bottom of my heart, but I wouldn't let my personal feelings ruin this moment for Victoria.

" You're probably right; I have his number. But promise me, you won't embarrass me. I really love this man and he means so much to me," she says. I smile and watch as she pulls out a small smartphone from her back pocket.

" Honey, if he runs because I am peculiar or pushy, then it wasn't meant to be. Now dial that number; I want to talk to him," I said.

She blushed a deep shade of red and dialed his number on the keypad of her phone. I clicked the speaker button as it rang and waited to hear a man's' voice on the other side.

Ring...Ring.

" Hello, who am I speaking with?" he asked.

" Jarin...This is Vic," she said. I guess she got a new phone since they last talked...

" Vicky, whose phone are you calling from, I don't recognize the number. Wait...baby are you ok?" he asked.

Before she could answer, I picked up the phone and walked out onto the balcony. I shut the door behind me, I wanted to talk to this boy before we began all the preparations.

" Jarin, Vic is perfectly fine. I am her friend, Francesca," I said.

" It is good to hear she is making friends around that bloody monster and his new wife," he said and when he talked about Scott and me, his voice was laced with venom.

" Well, the funny thing is I am Mr. Jackson's wife. I wouldn't classify myself as his beloved wife though, we don't even talk and I particularly want to never ever be around him. Ok, now the reason we called is that one of Vic's fellow maids and I are planning your wedding. It will be here in Wick and I will have everything taken care of the two of you," I said and waited for his reaction.

"Oh, I am so sorry for being disrespectful, I didn't know. I don't mean to pry, but why are you doing this?" he asked.

" I have come to love Vic like a sister, even though we have only known each other for a short time. I can tell that she wants to marry you, but she can not afford to fly you and her family here, nor can she afford to fly back. As a result, I want to make her dream become a reality. My happily ever after may have been taken away from me by Scott Jackson, but Victoria stills has a happily ever after waiting for her. Now enough about me; I am going back over to the girls, so we can talk dates and themes," I said then opened the balcony doors and sat back down on the floor next to the girls.

" Ok, did either of you have a date in mind for the wedding?" I asked.

" Well, I was thinking the day we met would be a good day for it," Jarin said. I look over at Victoria, but she is blushing too hard to explain anything to us.

" What day was that? We don't mind readers Jarin," Alexandra said bluntly, per usual. She doesn't have a filter and kind of says whatever comes to her mind.

" Oh...that was one of the best days of my life. I still remember everything that happened clear as day. It was December 5 and I was on my way to visit my mom at her cafe when I saw her. She was walking down the sidewalk a few feet away from me. I was staring at her unusual hat, then I watched her feet go out from under her. She had slipped on the icy concert and was now sitting on the cold ground in front of me. I rushed over and began to help her up; then I too slipped onto the ground. We had a good laugh, but when my trousers began to get cold from the ice, I decided we should probably stand. I helped her up, successfully this time, and walked her to her job, which was my mother's cafe. I would purposely go to see my mom the days that Vic would work just so I could see her again. When I had plucked up enough courage, I asked her out and the rest was history. This clumsy, short girl mesmerized me and she plagued my thoughts, I fell hard for this girl and I wouldn't have had it any other way," he said.

I looked up at Vic and saw her tearing up; she too must've been remembering that day and how it had led to this day...oh how I love young love.

"Jarin that would be a perfect day, we will just have to put on the invites to bring warm clothes and an umbrella. It gets so cold here and it is almost always raining here," I say.

" Now, what theme and color scheme were you thinking of?" I asked them.

" I was thinking I would leave that to you two. I don't mind any color and I trust you enough to not make a crazy pink explosion theme. Anyways, I don't care as long as this wedding happens and I can officially change my last name from Allen to Michelson," Victoria replied.

"I can arrange that. I already have so many ideas, I can't wait to get started. Now lastly, guest lists," I said.

" Ok so obviously it will both of our family's, then are close friends, and the bridesmaids and groomsmen," Jarin said.

" Ok, how many people are in each of your families?" I asked. I prepared my notebook and waited to hear their numbers.

" I have nine siblings, a mom and dad, and my aunt, and uncle, and their four children. I am going to have a best man and three groomsmen. Those are all my friends," Jarin replied.

" I have two siblings, a dad, an aunt, uncle, and their six kids. I would like to have a maid of honor and matron of honor, which with be my older sister, and then two other bridesmaids," Victoria replied.

" Ok, so that brings the number out to..." I started, but Victoria cut me off.

" Wait! That isn't all the guests. What about the people you want to invite?" she asked.

I looked over at Alexandra and she nodded, " That is very generous of you, but this is your guy's wedding, our guests would be intruding," she said.

" No, I insist. You are doing so much for us and we want to repay you. So please invite whoever you may like," Jarin said.

" Ok, thank you again. So I guess, I have three siblings, a mom, a dad, a boyfriend, and two friends," Alexandra said, and then it was my turn. Now, this is the hard part. I scribble done her guests and prepare myself for my difficult choice.

I can't invite...Brandon, he doesn't even know where I went or if I am ok, nobody at home does other than Heather, but she isn't even certain.

" Um, I have one friend and she has her husband and then I have my nanny Heather and her husband," I said.

" Ok, now that is the full guest list and it comes up to fifty-six people," I say afterward.

" Wow! We know a lot of people," Victoria says.

" Ok Jarin, as the date gets closer, I want you to fly out here and help us finish the last minute details. That way two can decide on the honeymoon details," I say.

" Francesca, I can't afford a plane ticket out there," Jarin said.

" I know; Vic informed me of your guy's dilemma, but you won't have to pay for the ticket when the time comes because I am going to pay for it," I said.

Victoria gasped, " Frankie, I could never let you do that. Plane tickets are much too expensive," she said.

" Oh, nonsense. All I care about is making someone else's happily ever after becoming a reality. I have been saving money, so I could move out of my parent's house since I was thirteen. Now that I don't have to do that, I can pay for Jarin one way, first-class ticket here," I said.

Victoria leaned and hugged. She squeezed me so tight that if she didn't let go I would have suffocated.

" Thank you so much. I can't thank you enough," she said.

" Ok..ok, enough with the thanking. Now, Jarin I will be sending you your ticket a few days before it can be used, so be ready. You just have to go to the airport and get on your plane, then you get to see your beautiful fiancé," I said.

" Ok, now I have to go. My shift is about to start. Everyone says "hi" by the way and they all miss you so much. Can't wait to see you. Talk to you soon. Love you, bye," Jarin said; then I hung up.

" Frankie, I just realized, what will Scott do if he finds out? How are we supposed to keep fifty-six people under his radar? And the wedding is in his house? What are we going to tell him when the packages start to arrive?" Alexandra says frantically.

"You two aren't going to say anything to him. I have an idea of someone that may be able to help us," I said and they looked astonished.
