Chapter 6: Jimin's honest love
She was at the gate of their school after her brother brought her there, causing the other students, mostly girls, look at him and showed that fangirl side of them. Again, they were doubting Leilein as to why she has a lot of hot friends, when she's not even at the basic level of beauty. It was the society's problem, not her.
She was walking to the dean's room when she bumped into someone. She got irritated but she didn't show it. She didn't like bumping into someone.
"Sorry I'm so sorry... sorry please forgive me" said a brunette tall man.
"It's OK don't be sorry. It's not your fault. I am in a hurry. Please I'm so sorry." she said, not looking at him. When she look up, she remembered something, something about this boy. It was Mark's friend.
"Leilein? You're a student here? Ah yes, your uniform." he said in a low tone.
"Baekhyun right? I was keeping my pace because of the upcoming camping, but I bumped onto you."she smiled, blush crept on her cheeks.
" I guess you just transferred here or your absent from the first day of school, " she was checking him out. She wondered why was he here. He was older than her and she was sure that he graduated in a different school.
" yeah, well I set the alarm on the wrong time." he smiled, embarrassed because of it.
She walked with Baekhyun, catching up with each other's life. She learned that he was taking his last year of residency here. He managed to convince his parents to transfer him.
She completely forgot that she's meeting the other boys as she was having fun talking to an old friend. While she was walking, Yoongi saw her with another boy. His body tensed when he noticed that the boy ruffled her hair.
He was not the type of person to spread rumors but now, the other boys tensed also. They didn't know what was the truth. Jimin, the understanding one, he let it slide but deep in his heart he has the same feeling with the others. Weird Taehyungie was still curious, knowing that Leilein was not like that. He plans to question you in a good manner. For 3 years of friendship, he couldn't judge her and he won't.
As she was walking to the dean's room again, with Baekhyun, she saw her long time childhood bestfriend, Chanyeol. She opened the door to the dean's room and immediately hug him. There's no way it's another boy, those big ears, tall height, broad shoulders and his styles.
While she hugged him , curious Taehyung followed her and Baekhyun and told the others to follow quietly. Taehyung peeked on Ms. Eun and saw everything. Taehyung rushed to the others, talking softly to them.
"Guys Leilein has a boyfriend. Oh my gosh." like a girl who spreads rumor, he talked.
" Aigoo why does it bother you if she has a boyfriend? We don't know if that's her boyfriend or not. Just ask her later," Namjoon suspected him on crushing on her. I mean, what's the point of not crushing on her? She's cute, smart, funny, sweet, kind and humble. What else do you need?
" Good thinking Namjoon. Let's settle down for a bit. Our things are already in the car. We have to put it on the bus,"
As they plan, Jungkook was not even listening. He was more like mad, jealous and frustrated. He didn't know why he was like that, acting like he's her boyfriend and being protective much.
"hey, Chim, where should I sit? Could you please show me where's my seat? " she asked politely.
"Hey Lei, to the last one because it's special. For you and me" he secretly wink and that made her blush.
"Nice pick up lines Chim." she was indeed clueless or, was she just trying to avoid that feeling?
As the driver drove the bus away, she felt like she'll vomit. Her eyes was getting wet and her face was getting paler. Jimin saw what happened and also felt teary so he hug her from behind and gently stroke her back, letting her head fall on his shoulders.
"I have a plastic bag. You can, use it to you know. Then after that, go to sleep, I'll wake you up when we arrive" he said and patted her back. She felt so secure in his arms.
For all the years she spent with them except for the youngest. She didn't know him before, just now after 5 years of staying beside Jimin. He didn't tell her that he has a lot of brothers. She slept deeply beside Jimin, interlocking her hands with him. He was the closest to her.
While she was sleeping, Taehyung and Jungkook had a deep conversation for the first time in their life. Taehyung asked if he ever had a problem with Leilein or Jimin. However, he said that he doesn't. He thought he's falling for that nerd and Taehyung definitely knew it, just by looking at his expressions. However, he didn't say anything much. He knew Jimin's feelings. Feelings for that girl.
For half a decade, he still kept his feelings, unable to release them and show her what it feels to be loved. Jimin was in love at first sight. The reason why she just met Taehyung three years ago because he didn't like it when she falls for him. He was so protective of her. When other boys look at her pretty long white legs, he would send them a secret glare. A glare that could totally kill you by a single glance. When someone made her uneasy, he would talk with that person and start a fight. So, he decided to keep her but anyways, secrets are meant to be told. Hoseok even teased him, always scrolling through his phone, looking at her beautiful pictures.
After that deep convo, they finally went to peace. Al students fell asleep for the whole ride. Storing enough energy for the upcoming activities. There's always a surprise activity without you even knowing, that's why it's called surprise. No one was supposed to know.
The others who were sleeping had been moving, the ride was so bumpy even though though the road is plain. Then, when an intelligent student suggest to look at the tires, he was correct. It's broken.
That results to the heavy breathing of the other kids. Tired of waiting for it to be "healed".
