The Book tingled with callous cold within my hand as I snap it shut, the further I delved into the leather bound encyclopedia the more my mind melded away... its made me question Cobalt's sanity, and it taunted to to continue on...
The diary entries smash cut together with elaborate diagrams of magic technique, I want to compare this to the scrolls of magic supposedly provided by the Archmage tower organization... I heard rumors that Archmage had affiliations with Cobalt to some degree, maybe Cobalt provided magical techniques... in their hands it surely would be improved and tested, but also its likely Cobalt didn't reveal his full hand regarding magic.
The Book put to the side, I begin inspecting other such things on his person...loose bits of wet paper with unknown markings line the insides of his pockets along with many metallic objects and a soft lump of metal.
I also find Mana Crystals within his possession, as to what he'd need those for I don't know... usually they are magic batteries, but from what I can gather he doesn't use them for casting spells.
So, I analyze the objects with a mild curiosity.
