Chapter 10: Flash back 1.0 (short story subject to change)
looking in the mirror, a brown haired boy with brown eyes, could be seen staring back at him...
he looked handsome, and maybe a little chubby... the sound of the rain pouring down upon the roof could be heard...
'today was a good day to stay in, and enjoy some anime...'
he thought to himself...
so he sat down upon his couch, and began to watch one of his favourite shows.... it was drawing to an end, as the last season of the book... the avatar, aang was facing off aganst fire lord ozai...

but images began to overlap... the fight aganst his father, with aang, was now replaced with a different figure, the figure had grey hair, wore a black kimono, while also had grey eyes, this figure looked like karna from his other beloved series...
father and son were exchanging mortal blows... and tears began to stream down his face, as he watched this, and feeling of turmoil inside the figure could be seen under his stoic guise...
he was crying and didnt know why....

awakening from a cold sweat, memories of a distant past could be felt, swirling in the back of his mind, unsure of where those memories came from, zhou chen who was watching over him, looked towards him...
respect clearly visible in his eyes, unlike before...
"is something wrong, my prince?"
he said the word 'my' with awe, as if he couldnt believe it... that i was the prince of the fire nation....
i touched my face as i felt something cold run down my cheek...
it was tears...

i thought to myself... unsure of what i felt...
what he had done was abominal, but he was still my father...
all the times we trained together, ran forth in my mind, as he gave me pointers in my fire bending... fed me, clothed me, cared for me, even if it was fake...
it was fake...
two figures overlapped in my mind, he had brown hair and brown eyes like that of my previous life, it was middle aged man, and my current father...
am i? no... it cant be? confusion in my mind became evident, as my memories seemed to fuse my two fathers together along with my love for the father i had in my previous life....
why are they returning now? of all times?
this was when a soldier came running into the royal tent...
"commander! Prince Karna! enemies have been sighted off the shore line! its the water tribe!"
