That night, Sam came out of an old house with a smile on his face. He just made a huge deal which will also give him some advantages.

Although, Black water is something he would destroy sooner or later, that doesn't mean he cannot use it for his own reasons.

The next day, the whole empire has rumours starting about something. Sam has destroyed the fields under the imperial authority due to his conflict with the emperor and because the officials are incompetent that they cannot catch Sam, they started taking their anger on Sam's friends and the people low level guards who are responsible for guarding the fields.

They are even planning on executing them. This rumour was fresh out of over and the people who have nothing better than gossip started spreading out like wild fire. Even the authorities started hearing the news soon enough and they started to panic.
