Chapter 12: Country Life
The Jones children came to live with their godparents who are also their aunt and uncle when their parent and them were in the car versus semi accident. Jane and David Jones died on scene. So the children when they were released from the hospital came home with their aunt and uncle to live on a ranch. Alexis was fourteen, Trevor was nine, and Rainy was two months. They instantly loved being in a bigger family and on a ranch. Alexis and Jessica became best friends over the years. The kids all called Danajo and Dustin, "mom & dad." The ranch is about 160 acres and most of which hasn't been established into farming land yet.
Danajo is a teacher and teaches children from local towns around them to lower end families who can't afford the school fees. She teaches from ages five to eighteen. She averages around twenty students a school year and with the help of her good friends Linda and Faith they are able to teach the children and help them with anything that they may need.
The girls have three unique best friends that are from a nearby town but Danajo teaches them so that their parents can feel better about them going to school. Jasmine Paris, Mason Jackson, and Gabriel Tropics.
The Journey To Present Day
From the age of fifteen, the five teens worked with horses, trained on them, and went to competitions all around the states. At the age of seventeen teens developed the company Fun on the Ranch. It's a company that helps underprivileged children from ages eight months to twelve. They also have a part of the company for children that are handicap. They would have summer camps and a week long winter camp for all children to get away and have fun. The Waters boys offered to help by driving the buses that they bought. On the ranch they took four acres to have a horse stable, activity center, and lodge for the children. Dustin helped them build everything up. The adults helped them spread the word about their company once they got it approved by the state to be a company. When the teens graduated high school and started college they did college from the ranch on the summer in the evenings so that they could run the company.
When Alexis moved to the ranch she met a sweet guy named Henry Waters and they became sweethearts. They later married at the ages of twenty-one and twenty-four. Alexis and Henry lived on the ranch together with Alexis' family since the Waters boys lived in the HeartInn. The young married couple bought a small twelve acres from Dustin near the company. The plan on building a three cabins there and a brick wall around the company area and their land so that they can always have some alone time, but still have access to the company area. They drew up three cabin similar in design. First cabin for them, Second cabin for Jessica and Jasmine as a surprise, and Third cabin for Henry's brothers, Mason, and Jackson so that they wouldn't have to travel far anymore and they could be close to their company and the ranch. Together the group owns about twenty-five acres for both the company and themselves.
They work very well together at establishing this company. Over the years the company grew to be a big top notch origination to help underprivileged children and special needs children. They grew to have twenty states with a facility and over 1million workers. Everyone that went truly enjoyed their visits. Some places even had hired people that came their way as children. The life of each child that came to their facilities were changed with a single smile and hope that times will change for them. No employee ever went without spending time with a child to lighting up their day. No matter how the employee's day was going every child always had them and they had to child to put a smile on each others faces.
