After reading the prompt Hari felt a urge to curse out loud, "1000 Rice potion for opening a life star, you got to be freaking kidding me". One Rice potion is 1lakh Federation credits so 1000 rice potion is nearly 10 Crores Federation Credits.
Hari hasn't really given that much thought about money after being reborn because with his alternate life experience he could easily earn money. but to gather this amount of money even with his alternate life experience he will require time, capital and lots of planning.
Hari was planning to enjoy his family's warmth for a while before joining the Magic Academy, even though he still hasn't gotten the courage to meet his parents and nosy sister, he wanted to do it right. In the alternate life he did not value things he had, he just kept chasing the impossible, leading to his regret having lost what he had from the very begin.
Hari knows this life will not be good or easier to him just because he is a rebirther, but he wanted to enjoy what he thought he would never find again. As a mercenary Hari knew how cruel the world can get for the week. He knew becoming strong wouldn't be simple even with A.Q.U.A but he never thought it will be this expensive right at the start.
Seeing that it required him 10 crore federation credits just in Star opening Realm, Hari could guess that this amount would increase even higher with increase in his realm. so, he better start planning soon bout for now he knew some place where how could make some quick cash with his alternate life experience, the abandoned district at the west side of the Mysore Kingdom. Hari decide to visit the abandoned district after Registration at the city hall tomorrow.
After deciding on his plans for tomorrow, Hari took the last rice potion and started to practice Basic Training Technique as he did not feel sleepy and as, even though he could exhert 120% of strength with help of A.Q.U.A he didn't want to degrade his own strength. Finally at some time after 2 in the morning Hari went sleep in exhaustion.

7: 35 am, At Eshwar House
" Mom are you preparing something for breakfast or its cereal again! " asked Urvi as she came out of her room all dress and clean ready for her class at university.
" Sorry Honey, your mom is busy, its cereal again. " a husky voice sounded from the kitchen.
"well I still have 25 mins before I leave, Dad can you prepare me a sandwich." said Urvi
" any thing for my little princess " replied the husky voice.
" no you don't, How many time do i have to tell you not to spoil her, she is no longer a little girl, she is 19 years old for god sake! she can prepare her own sandwich " a frustrated voice sounded from the living and continued " Urvi stop being lazy prepare your own sandwich and check on your brother, see if he has gotten out of his his bed "
" Its okay mom, I am not feeling hurry anymore, I will just have a bowl of Cereal.. i will check on Hari" said Urvi and skipped towards Hari's room before her mom could say anything to her.
" No need, I am ready " said Hari as he walked out of his room dressed in his high school uniform, looking at his neatly dressed sister he said " You look beautiful today sister "
" ugh!!.. I get it are you trying to say I did not look beautiful other times" said Urvi glaring at her brother.
" it was just a compliment." explained Hari shaking his head and asked " would to like a salami with your sandwich or just plain old veggie sandwich "
" what!! " asked Urvi with a puzzled look.
" I am going to prepare a sandwich for myself, would you like me to prepare one for you too " asked Hari patiently as his could understand Urvi's confusion.
" I am on a diet so I would like a Veggie sandwich.... don't mesh with the sandwich or you are so dead " said Urvi glaring at Hari.
" okay one Veggie sandwich coming up, Mom Dad what about you guys ? " saked Hari.
" non for me, I already ate the cereal. " answered Hari's Dad.
" non for me to sweety, mommy is busy trying meeting her deadline" said Pallavi with her head buried in the smart work table.
Soon Hari entered the Kitchen and started to prepare sandwiches for himself and his sister under the doubtful gaze of his sister, he just smiled and nodded at her.
Seeing Her brothers strange behavior she could only come to two conclusions said " speak truthfully who are, what do you want , why are you impersonating my brother, is it money... "
" what nonsense are you spouting ... have you finally lost it " said Hari not allowing Urvi to continue with her nonsense.
" their he is .... my brother. tell me what are you scheming, why are you being nice to me all of the sudden? .. do you need money ... " speculated Urvi
" why does it have to always be money with you, can't a little brother prepare breakfast for his crazy elder sister. " retorted Hari.
" NO, may be other brothers can but not you. if i remember correctly I still waiting for birthday presents from you for my last 6 birthdays. if it is not money... what else . what else ... Girls, Ahah! you like someone I know or you want me to introduce you to someone " said Urvi.
" .... " Hari felt a cold sweat on his back seeing how scary a women's intuition can be.
" come on don't be shy tell your elder sister who it is, you are at that age after all, ... if you need your elder sisters help, I do not mind setting you up with one of my friends. " said Urvi looking at the almost finished sandwich.
" really !!" hearing Urvi, Hari eagerly asked
" No way you little pervert , I am telling you stay far away from my friends or else... " said Urvi taking one half of the sandwich as sat on a nearby stool.
' I can't believe I feel for it ' thought Hari, He did not have any reason to doubt her because she did set up a blind date between him and Adya in the alternate life.
Seeing Her brother menacingly chew his sandwich Urvi felt very happy inwardly and also curious about which one of his friends did her little brother like.
" so which one of my friends is she " asked Urvi
" who? " asked back Hari
" the girl you like " said Urvi
" none of your business" said hari
" Okay, then I will just go to each and every one of my friends bad mouthing you, ruining every chance of any relationship between you and her. " threatened Urvi.
" why you .... okay fine .. how about this, clearly you have some resentment towards me for not giving you birthday presents for 6 years straight.. " looking at Urvi's glare Hari hurriedly added " and I do not blame you for that I haven't been a good brother. so, how about I buy you a huge expensive gift which will make up for all the 6 birthday presents and in return you let me date with one of your friend. "
" so you do accept that you have a crush on a girl and that girl is one of my friend, tell me her name. " said Urvi
" no way, I will tell her name only after you promise me to help me " said Hari.
" Mom!! Hari has a crush on a older girl " shouted Urvi with a mocking look on her face
" what are you, 12. ugh! " saying that Hari stormed out of the kitchen and rushed out of the flat's main entrance, he did not even bother to take a elevator he ran down the steps without looking back.
Urvi finished her sandwich and drank a glass of water smugly, as she was about to get up from the stool a hand out of nowhere got hold of her shoulder and pushed her down not allowing her to stand up.
" you are not going anywhere. now tell me every thing about my baby's crush, how it start? where ? when? from the very beginning. " said Pallavi while her eyes twinkled like star, being a web write Pallavi had her favorite genre and it was romantic light novels. so how can see miss her baby's first romantic story.
Urvi finally regretted, cursed her self for not being smart and though of a wise old saying ' you thought you are digging a grave for someone only to find your self in it."
After leaving his home in a hurry, Hari went by brother sister duo's apartment building, as it was on his way, only to find that they had already left. then Hari Used a app to book a taxi to the City hall, pretty soon the taxi came. Hari got in and left for city hall.
paying the driver through the app, Hari got off the cab in front of a huge multistory building in the shape of a lotus bud. this building was the city hall. for some reason it was very crowed today, there were many press , news, paparazzi present at the scene.
Hari asked around a little bit to get a clear picture of what was happening. he came to know that the press and different news channels were called by the Mysore cities 4 most prominent and powerful high schools.
Since Federation Magic Academy Entrance Exam is a month from now its publicity time for these high schools to admit fresh blood to there schools as old ones get admitted to the magic Academy by increasing their publicity. they deliberately did not allow there students who have opened there life stars to register till this date.
These Four High are
Yoddha High school of Knighthood and Wizardry.
Veeraangana all girls High school of Knighthood and Wizardry.
Shreshth High school of Knighthood and Wizardry.
Mahima High school of Knighthood and Wizardry.
All these four High school represent or have the backing of different Gurukuls[1] or Guilds in Federation Magic Academy's. all though these Gurukul or Guilds are not that well know ones in Federation they still have enough power to destroy a small Federation vassal like Mysore kingdom over 100 times. so, the influence of these High school in Mysore kingdom is not smaller than that of the Royal family itself.
As for Wodeyar High which is under the royal family is like runout government school in front of these high profiled private school.
Hari was considering weather to register today or not. As he was going to register for opening both the life stars, which is a very rare happening in a small place such as Mysore kingdom and is bound to gain attention. this did not bother Hari as he thought to use his potential to be noticed by Federation higher ups. but the press, news , paparazzi is too much, publicity through them will not be limited just to federation, as world is not just simple as black and white, there are many other organization which have similar power to federation such as Religious cults, apocalyptic cults etc... who would like to recruit fresh blood in their organization by any means necessary and if they can't get these recruit they do not hesitate to kill them.' If i can't have it than even you can't have it '
All though Federation tries to put a united front of humans against monsters, its actually not that united. even before the A.M.A human had many difference among them which did resolve with the introduction of a common enemy but grew under various superstitious and racist reasons.
Hari could come another day to resister but he also wanted the Federation registration card to visit Abandoned wall in the western part of the kingdom later today. so if he does not resister today all his plans will be delayed by one day.
