Chapter 14: Rich and handsome

When Rosa entered the room she didn't find Leo she was about to go and look for him in his study room when she heard the water running inside the bathroom she had forgotten that he loves to take shower before he went to bed it helps him to relax he once told her.

Sitting on the bed she took her phone out playing some games as she waited for him, about ten minutes later Leo walked out of the bathroom looking up she saw that he was wearing his pyjamas trousers only and upper part of his body was exposed for her eyes it's not like she hadn't seen him like this before so it wasn't a big deal or was it.

" Sorry for keeping you waiting. " Leo spoke putting the towel in the hamper walking back to bed he put on his shirt.

" It's alright. so what did you want to talk about? " Rosa asked

sitting beside her Leo wrapped his arms around her pulling her towards him.

" Is there something bothering you? " she too wrapped her arms his waist judging by the way he is behaving something is bothering him

" I should be the one asking you that question. why didn't you tell me? " she heard him say

" It's not the first time Leo. " Rosa spoke pulling away from his arms " And you can't blame her she is your mother so it's normal for her to act like this. " both of them has always been honest with each other

" You know that you don't have to act strong Infront of me, Rosa," he spoke running his hand through her hair

" I'm not. and to be honest she has the right to so protective of you. you're rich and handsome any girl will want you to be her husband. " Rosa spoke pointing to his at his face with her finger

Leo looked at his raising his eyebrow " So you think I'm handsome "

" And very rich " she spoke giggling

" Is that how you see me. I'm very disappointed. " Leo spoke faking his sadness placing his hand on his heart

rolling her eyes at his childish behaviour Rosa stood up " Let's play some video's games "

The both of them spent the night playing video games until the morning when Rosa couldn't no longer keep her eyes open she placed her head on Leo shoulder she fall asleep very quickly she was tried after spending six hours playing video games when he noticed the sleeping girl who was snoring he picked her up in placing her on the bed and removed her glasses he closed the curtains so the light won't disturb her sleep then he won't back to the bed and lied down beside her.

Looking at her sleeping he remembered what his assistant told him the words that his mother said it must have hurt her.

When Rosa was young she was always bullied by the other kids for being an adopted child or because she was wearing glasses but she never cared she would always walk away from them she never cried Infront of them but she gets back to the house she runs to Leo room and throw herself in his arms crying she once told him that she doesn't want to tell her parents about it and that she doesn't want to bother them.

Leo at that time had dealt with these kids without her knowing it broke his heart to see her come almost every day to him crying.
