Chapter 7: First lunch
Alex and Jon close their books smiling at how many spells they've learned Alex remember the words so she used a cleaning spell he smiled as it instantly cleaned and put away books both Alex and Jon ran outside happily "it's time for our first lunch Alex do you know where the lunch room is," Jon said.
Alex nodded and grabbed his hand running many corridors until they found a Harry Potter look alike dining room except it was covered in woods and trees Alex and Jon sat down next to each other A old man appears on the stage Alex and Jon looked at him "hello young students I am head master Arnold all the council members welcome you to emerald academy as you can read the books that I will give you I will explain the rules," headmaster Arnold said.
summoning multiple books and opening it to the rule section "their are 7 deadly sins in diamond academy and 10 commandments in blood sapphire school what we have for rules are called the 5 architect 1. Do not transform unless need be architect 2. Do not cast dangerous spells or battle a classmate to battle a classmate you must inform the teacher and they will setup a duel architect 3. Please do not use any architect spells without a permission you can only use those in a domain we will give each one of you your own little pocket dimension treat it well we'll give those out when we're done uh and the most crucial architect 4. Do not I repeat do not use any dark magic spells or any reproduction dark magic architect 5. Final architect it's not really a architect as it's more on to protect our knowledge you must have a library card to get any magical books any regular one do not need library cards ok we are done now go and eat their are multiple lines with the diet you need you can tell which by the sign bye," headmaster Arnold said.
sitting down Alex and Jon both ran to the line smiling at the food their fangs came out mouth watering "look at the good chicken leg Jon so big and the brain mm," Alex said taking some food "ya I want the human eye and the human heart I heard that is healthy oh and I heard eating human groins make puberty come quicker and I heard human brain make horns grow faster," Jon said taking a lot of food Alex followed and took a lot of food they walked to the desert and drink section and took a cake and some blood, water and milk Alex and Jon both went to the cash register and saw the price of just Alex's alone he knew Jon couldn't pay that much he can hardly buy himself a sword or one potion "that will be 20 gold if you don't pay in gold then I guess card," the cash register said "miss I'll be paying in coin but you also missed my friend I'll be paying for him," Alex said.
as he pulled out 40 gold the register was surprised but she still took the money and shooed then both off Alex and Jon both started to eat "thank you for paying for me," Jon said smiling "your welcome," Alex said smiling "what makes me wonder is if current day is modern why don't we have paper money like movies and shows do the only modern thing from tv show and movies are cards which they don't even have a name yet we don't have any modern movie and tv show technology we don't have guns video games tv shows heck we don't even have a computer," Jon said frustrated Alex smiled "we don't need any of those we got magic, magic replaces all of those and makes them better only humans need stuff like that because their weak and sorrowful creatures thankfully only a few people were abandoned by the gods," Alex said.
immediately going back to eating "but don't you think it isn't right to act harsh and all high and mighty after all not all kehans and praxans can do magic like our brother didn't the doctor said he probably won't be able to do-" Jon said but was interrupted "don't you dare bring our brother in this I will find a way for him to do magic!" Alex yelled everyone was looking at the fighting two Jon knew he had angered Alex so he didn't say anymore only just frowning Alex pinched his nose and sighed everyone was scared to even breath at the fear of dying except the kehans and praxans they just didn't want to get mixed in with the fight at all "look I'm sorry ok maybe your right maybe some... ok a lot of humans shouldn't be treated harshly and you are right maybe even the magicless do have strength and aren't weak sorry," Alex said.
frowning a boy Jon looked at him and smiled "so how about we eat then get those pocket dimension then go play games," Alex said smiling "ok," Jon said smiling.
