Chapter 16: Just Help Us Already
One of the men (Man A) standing in front of the door puts his hand up & tells them to stop.
Now points at John, he asks, "How can I help you, sir?"
John replies, "The black cat hides from the white car, but walks to the blue moon."
He then points at Alexia, "How can I help you, sweetheart?"
Alexia sighs then say, "She walks to the bright moon, which is as black as his soul."
Man A points to the other man (Man B) & says, "Give your bags to him."
John & Alexia take their bags off, handing them to Man B. He opens up their bags & looks through both bags. He then looks at Man A & says, "Grandma's black sun potatoes."
Man A nods at him & starts to pat down both John & Alexia. After he finishes, he replies with, "Mom's white moon potatoes."
Now looking at John, he says, "You both know the rules. You can't bring the knife's inside, & the phones have to be put in the cage for now while you guys are inside so the location of this place can't be tracked nor have anyone secretly listening in with your phones."
John looks at the man, "Take them. I need to talk to Peter & get a few items."
Man B takes out the knives & phones in their bags & gives them back their bags. Man A opens the door for John & Alexia. They walk into the house & the men shut the door behind them.
John sighs, "Peter, I am here. We need you to hurry up."
Peter comes in from another room & looks at John. He annoyingly asks, "What do you need this early in the morning?"
He then hugs Alexia, "Hey sweetheart, how can I help you, baby?"
John replies saying, "We need fake IDs with real identities for both of them. We need to be somewhere else & not alarm anyone to our presents. We need it as soon as possible."
Peter looks at John confusingly, "What are you getting yourself into now?"
He waves his hand, "Nevermind, I don't want to know. Just how illegal will this trip be? How much fun are you going to have?"
Alexia looks at John & sarcastically says, "Yeah, John! How much fun are we going to have?"
Peter looks at Alexia confusingly, "Sweetheart, wait, so do you mean to tell me that even you don't know what you guys are going to do? That sounds somewhat creepy, John. It seems a bit rapey if you asked me."
