Chapter 1: Chapter One: The boy I once known
In the small town of Besalú, Catalonia, seven-year-old Freddy Sanchez was playing around in his room. His mother Mrs. Sanchez was cleaning up in the kitchen after dinner.
Freddy is a very clever boy, his mom always said that he was just like his dad, who sadly passed when he was two. He never really had the time to get to know him, but he really looked up to him.
He was playing with a doll and was watching T.V. All of a sudden he heard someone say his name. He initially thought that it was his mother calling him. The voice kept calling his name over and over again, and he knew that it wasn't his mom.
"Freddy," said the voice.
"Freddy!"
He started to feel scared and started to cry. It was just him in the room well, at least he thought he was.
"Freddy... It's me...."
"Wh-who's there? Who are you?" said Freddy. "What do you want?"
"Freddy....." said the voice.
"STOP IT!! L-leave me alone!" he said crying.
"Freddy? honey are you alright?" said Mrs. Sanchez
"Stop!" Freddy said.
"Freddy, baby are you alright? I'm coming in."
"Freddy," said Mrs. Sanchez, "what's wrong?"
"Mama!" said Freddy "H-he won't leave me alone!"
"W-who won't leave you alone?" said Mrs. Sanchez.
"Felix! H-he's over there!" said Freddy, pointing to the corner of the room.
"O-ok honey, it's alright. Do you want to sleep with me tonight?"
"Y-yes"
"Alright"
{The Next Day}
"I'm getting really worried about him, last night, h-he said that he saw his friend, standing in the corner."
"The friend that he saw is, dead." "He died in March, in a car accident"
"How old was he?"
"Fourteen"
"I don't know what to do, I'm worried about how the incident will follow him later on in life." "Especially since they were very close believe it or not." said, Mrs. Sanchez
"You just need to wait, and slowly explain the situation to him." "And if he still says that he sees him just let him sleep with you." "It'll be alright Maria."
" I hope so."
"Take care"
"I will, thanks, Samantha"
