Closer, and closer I drew upon my guaranteed death. As I drew closer to wherever I was going skeletons and the guards the patrolled the halls grew quicker in amount. Catching sight of a glimpse of light finally after so long, I got onto the ground thinking that it was another guard. Seeing no movement I got up and went towards it. Coming closer and closer I realized it led to an exit to this tunnel. Looking at my map that glowed but didn't illuminate anything else I noticed according to the map, the exit was just to a cavern. Finally pushing the last distance through it my whole world instantly brightened up.
On the Ceiling weird trees grew upside down that had blooming flowers that glowed lighting up the whole cavern. When the petals of the flowers fell they continued to glow lighting up every corner of this small world I now found myself in. Looking around the ground I memorized the largest buildings in this seemingly inhabited area I found myself in. Looking at the buildings I realized all of them was made up of a few types of stone. Most of this stone was green, blue, and turquoise. Looking at the red walls of the cavern that greatly contrasted with the scene, I could only call the whole place colorful. Looking over to my right however I found a magnificent scene waiting for me. A large black and turquoise like color mixed with gold to form the most breathtaking and beautiful castle I had ever seen.
Now that I thought about it, it was actually the only castle I had ever looked at in person. Shaking my head and getting back on task I summed up this place with two words, beautiful, and mysterious. Not a single person was left within this place. The only things I saw was the same patrolling creatures from earlier all over the place throughout the different streets. Hearing a sound I immediately started running and climbed on to a ladder on the side of a building close to my current destination. "Ding, Ding, Ding." I heard as a clock struck what appeared to be midnight on the clock that was in this world. The large Triangular thing had 9 hours listed out for each side. Doing simple math I stopped considering something.
'Does this world have 27 hours everyday.' That small piece of information made me wonder just how far away from earth I actually was. 'I wonder how long it will take me to get back.' Pushing away these distractions I looked down on the ground as the guard came out with 3 groups of 3. Wondering just what they were doing I watched as one of the ghost stopped grabbed his mouth pulling it apart down the neck and then dragging a small child of some creature out of its stomach. Looking at the scene caused me to once more gag and get sick, bit unfortunately for me I had nothing to empty my stomach of so I just layed low on the ground dry heaving.
After the being finished pulling out the creature it pushed its jaw back in place, and I was forced to watch from my position as the neck pieced itself together and small tags of skin grabbed onto the other half of the neck fully coming back together in only a matter of moments.
