I was happily munching over the steaming hot dishes when Colen finally bothered to join me once again. He was holding a bunch of papers in his one hand which were folded in a roll in order to avoid others getting a look at them. 

"What's with all this?" He muttered out in a low annoyed tone as soon as his feet came to a halt next to the table. He didn't waste much time and settled down on his seat with the same baffled expressions tugging at his facial muscles. 

"This, my old friend, is called good food." I mumbled softly as I stabbed a piece of corned meat with my fork. My eyes were narrowed down on his face, sending glares at him with nothing but frustration running through my mind.
