Chapter 74: Cross-dressing

"W-wait, what?" 

Her fumbling words entered my ears as she looked at me with a shocked expression. Confusion was sprinkled all over her face and the frown which was marring her forehead only seemed to deepen as her mind processed my words.

"Yeah!" I added with a nod. "When you were busy talking to your man, Michael had to leave because he got a text from one of our mates about some drama going on close to the girls' dormitories. He left to check it up. Later on I got a text from him about how the whole thing was another mess created by Dana." I explained it to her before she could ask me.

"What did she do now? How's that linked with me?" She tilted her head to her right, questioning me. 

I wondered how at times, her smartness tended to disappear into thin air, leaving her utterly clueless about certain things. Even an eleven-year-old kid could foresee what I was about to explain further.
