Chapter 129: Reluctant to See Her Leave

Qin Zhan peeked his head into the tent to say a few words to Li Jun Xuan before he turned around to join Gu Xin Ye. As he approached closer, Qin Zhan could not help but notice the way she was rubbing her hands against her arms, wanting to keep herself warmer.

As he walked past the spot where he had been sitting for a long time, Qin Zhan grabbed the jacket he had used earlier and placed it on Gu Xin Ye's shoulder. 

Gu Xin Ye paused as the sudden warmth enveloped her body. Suddenly, Qin Zhan's scent wafted to her nose, turning her face a little red.

"I don't need this."

"Just put on the jacket. It would be troublesome if you get sick."

Gu Xin Ye was about to take off the jacket when she heard Qin Zhan's words. Her movement halted and she began to hesitate.

It was indeed a bit cold.
