Chapter 6: Chapter 6
School didn't last too much longer after that. Kear completed all the assignments meant for Veno. She told the boys that she wasn't feeling too well just yet and left them. Kear needed to look around and explore. She was like a little girl in her own world now.
She ran around looking at everything she could. The different colors of plants, shops and people that were near her. She still didn't understand physical currency and didn't have any money. That would be something she needs to learn.
The United Federation didn't exist yet and space exploration was just a wee little baby. The people weren't even aware there were even aliens out in that vast universe.

She found a shop selling different clothes. Men's and women's casual wear. She really wanted to try the different dresses, but with this body it might be better to dress Veno up. She could make this young man look dashing.
'Please no…'
"Who's there?"
She heard that. She really heard that! Without a doubt that was the first thing she has heard in the past day.
She kept asking out loud and in her head, but there wasn't a single reply. She wanted to go and tell Rin right away, but she stopped. If she told her that she heard a voice, Veno or not, she needs to make sure.
Kear would take it as Veno's voice for now. If it was him and he answered because he was embarrassed then she needed to do it again. She is really sorry for what she is about to do.

She makes her way back to the orphanage. She goes to her room and comes out wearing only her underwear. She plans to run around with the kids and embarrass herself and Veno at the same time. Honestly not having anything covering her chest is really weird.
Kear found a couple of the kids and started to run around. Some of the kids were laughing at her and the others joined in. They ran around in the big play area. She told the kids to start drawing on her body.
'Stop!'
'Can you hear me?'
'Yes.'
'What is your name?'
'Veno and I have been trying to call out to you ever since.'
This small conversation made Kear extremely happy. She quickly said goodbye to the kids who ran into her room.
'Are you still there?'

Kear and Veno started to have a conversation all within their mind. Veno has been screaming for help since yesterday. It was like he was in a dark room and he couldn't feel anything. For him the silence was normal.
He couldn't tell when, but as Kear was heading to bed he saw her using his body. At first he thought it was a dream and he couldn't control his body. Then he could feel and hear Kear's thoughts. He has never heard words before, but for some reason he could understand it.
Once Kear was kicked out of the girls bathroom, things became clearer and shaper for him. He could understand Kear's thoughts and use his senses in his surroundings. Learning he was going to become a dress up doll for Kear he had to have it stop.
Then Kear heard him. Veno was ecstatic, but he learned quickly that it didn't last long. Of course he heard the next plan in her head and he thought it might work. He cringed the whole time, but once the kids were going to draw on him he couldn't take it any longer. It was just too weird.
He broke through and is now able to talk to Kear. She started to cry tears of happiness for him. It was only a day and she felt like she killed and now revived Rin's son. Without hesitation she asked Veno to tell her something that only he and Rin knew.
'You said you talked to Rin already right? Did she tell you about the first time I called her my mother?'
'She didn't go into detail, but she did mention it.'
'I was riding my bike with Granno and I fell off. I scraped my right knee badly. Granno was freaking out and Rin came over and carried me over to the table in the foyer. She patched me up nicely. I was still crying from the pain, but she comforted me. In her arms I said, "Thank you momma Rin."'
'That is just too cute.'
'I guess it was.'

Kear went looking for Rin fully clothed. She was having trouble cleaning up the children. She wanted to tell her right away, but she needed to clean up the mess she made and calm the kids down.
Before dinner started, Kear walked over to Rin. Asked her to sit down with a big smile on her face.
"Rin I have great news!"

KearDarkfire So Veno is alive! I'm sure you all might have guessed it.
I wanted to have a point where Veno was gone and no one knew if he was alive. I really wanted to explore how these two work together to make their dreams a reality.
I will say this story is similar to the main one I wish to write, but many differences. I hope one day I finish the story to a point that I can share it with you all!
(Unfortunate overlap with characters. Damn brain being biased and not letting do something else. Well as long as the characters are happy!)
