Chapter 288: Clingy?

"What?" Tan asked with an amused smile when he saw the pout on Nana's face as she watched him dress up to leave for work. She was sitting on the bed with her arms folded in front of her and her legs were under her.

"Nothing," Nana murmured, even though she kept giving him puppy eyes. There was no way she could ask him to spend the day with her at home after all. She didn't want to work, and neither did she want him to work either. She wanted them both to spend all their days indoors and alone from the world.

"Your lip says nothing, but your eyes tell a different story. Come on, babe; we have talked about this already. It's Thursday already. We can have all the time in the world to ourselves this weekend," Tan promised as he went over to the bed to drop a kiss on her forehead, but she clung to him instead.
