Chapter 17: Place of Gold

He fades back into existance standing in a wasteland covered in a rough golden terrian he looks around and says "Where am i and why did i need to eat a fruit if its just gonna bring me to a wasteland".
He begins to randomly walk around when a solid building hits him in the face walkinh right into the wall.
*He rubs his head*
Zian- "Ow what was that, that kind of hurt".
He looks up too see a big building made out of gold as he scratches his head saying "I - couldve swore that wasnt there a second ago".
He walks up the stairs and steps inside a room full of gifts, candles, statues and a ceremony stand sitting infront of it is old man meditating.
Zian walks up to the old man tapping on his shoulder he opens up his eyes Zian neverously says "Uh excuse me sir do u know were exactly i am".
The old man replies "Why yes great Z i welcome you to the golden realm" Zian says back in a sarcastuc tone "It sure is golden but who are you and why am i here".
The old man gets up saying "Me my names The Overseer im the keeper who watches over your Universe your here to learn how to control the powers you have from what i remember your also the third Zian to come here and train so hopefully youll be the last".
He looks over the the Overseer raising his eye brow saying "You mean im not the first and why would i need to train myself".
The overseer laughs and says "No theres been two more before you they all failed though and where killed you all drastically varied in power and forms you can take into of course you dont need to stay but your after something right".
He looks at him slightly annoyed "Ya something like that" replying quickly he says "Calm down Zian ya i know exactly who your talking about".
The overseer quickly turns around throwing a golden cup at Zian barely dodging it.
He looks at him and says "What was that for" the old man replies "Its a test your reflexes are heightend and your already on your way to reaching your full potential i can see".
Confused Zian says "Uhhh ok old man i have no idea what your talking about" the old man grins saying "Can i please see your key" He cuts him off before he can say anything else "No i need this and point plank i just dont trust you dude i just met you and you threw a cup at me".
The old man laughs and says "Ya probally wasnt tge best idea will you atleast follow me since you wont give it to me" Zian just nods sure watching the old man step through a wall.
Zian shocked the old man pokes his hand out of the wall waving it for him to come closer.
He walks over to his hand and he pulls him through landing on the floor on the other side.
Zian- "What was that my body feels like i landed in a pool full of jello".
Overseer- "Come on get up".
The old man pulls him up and walks over to a complicated looking machine with a tv screen on it.
Overseer- "noe since you wouldnt hand me the key place it inside this machine".
He walks over with the key in his hand placing it inside the machine. The old man then presses the button starting up the machine. A light then goes over the key and an image of it pops up on the tv screen.
Zian- "Wait what are you doing".
Overseer- "Were replicating your key so i can create you a second one with different powers".
The second key pops out on the other end of the machine and the old man waves his hand right over it.
Overseer- "Watch this every new key you get will be and look different from the last one".
As the old mans hand sits over top of the key it forms its signature marks.
Going through the head of the key is two lines forming a X over it.
Branching off the head red lines go down the blade making it look like electricity stopping near the bit where three spikes are protruding off the back of it. The old man grabs both of the keys giving them back.
*Ground shakes*
Zian- "Does the ground always shake".
Overseer- "No it never shakes something wrong".
They run out to the front of building as the gold pushes up cracking the more it moves.
Overseer- "What is that theres no creature prowerful enough to damage the barriers of a realm unless.....but no it cant be".
Zian- "What do you mean unless".
Overseer- "Unless its a legendary creature but they were locked up millions of years ago".
The giant creature launches out of the ground shattering the ground when it lands .
Overseer- "Ya thats one if ive ever seen one but how unless someone released them".
Zian- "What is this thing".
Overseer- "This ones name is Rylin and there species were used in the great war to aid the Xenots luckily we got the weakest from wat it i can see from its power level".
Zian- "Thats good right".
Overseer- "If we work together we have a small chance of not dying so ya id say so".
Zian- "Only a small chance seriously how powerful is this thing".
Overseer- "Way above ours".
The creature towers over them as walking past them using its long arms to balance its body with its short legs.
Overseer- "The arms seem to be the weak point of it so if knock down the arms it should fall to the ground giving us a chance to kill it".
Zian- "You mean you want to attack this thing".
Overseer- "Its untruding into my home of course im going to try killing it even if i die plus theres a reason its here".
It slowly walks over to Overseers house at height level with it it lifts up one of its long arms about to destroy the building but right before it could the Overseer yells up to it grabbing its attention the beast then fixating its eyes onto Zian letting out a loud roar.
Overseer- "Or someone.....hey kid i hope your ready for a fight because it looks like it wants you and these things are known for how ruthless they are".
