Chapter 22: Nexus
-------------- inside the nexus --------------
After the events where the man with mask killed crystal the rockets entered the wormhole sucessfully beggining there journey through a place called the nexus. The nexus is the dimension inside the wormhole its full of lights making it very colorful. The colors flicker on and off due to the flash of lightining coming from the blood trails of the wormhole.
A space thunderstorm runs through the Nexus causing the rockets to shake back and forth as electricity hits and bounces off the spaceships knocking the rockets off course pushing them into one of the blood trail. Time seems to move faster when they enter this blood trail because you can see light moving so fast it emits a white color once the exit out the ass of the blood trail the scene changes from a colorful light show to a dark and lone planet much like earth( P.K- Earth B ). The thrusters stop as it reaches the planet they just drift slowly toward the planet to check to see if theres breathable air.
--------------- Prehistoric Kingdom --------------
----- Earth B ( Permain Period) -------
As the rockets drifts closer to the planet a young girl named Mckenzie wakes up out of her bed and walks over to her sink as she whipes her eyes. Turning the knobs of the sink she splashes water on her face and looks in the mirror.
Mckenzie- "Phew it was only a dream".
She gets dressed and leaves her room heading to the cockpit when she enters she gives the order to continue to the planet.
- Thrusters start -
When the rockets enter the planets atmosphere they are shaken around as the rockets start burning up from the compressed air. The rockets are both set off course as pieces of the rockets fall off by the g force they bounce off each other and are sent in the opposite direction of each other. The spaceship Mckenzie was piloting crashed on an unkown island right damaging the rocket too be completely useless.
When the sunrise the sun shines right into Mckenzies window waking her up the room white with a small window right across from the bed and a mirror right next to the bed with a sliding door. When she sits up she checks the watch on her wrist to check the date and shes shocked " How are we 7 thousand years into the future did that thing we came out of do this did we sucessfully time travel". When she steps up off the bed her body is sent into a chill as if someone was watching her she turns around but nothings there so she shrugs it off and leaves the room. Mckenzie walks down a long hall brightly lit and full with people that are ansie and walks into the door to her right with the label Cockpit. When she gets into the room she is greeted by Sgt. Sticks.
Sgt. Sticks - Mckenzie we got a SoS from the Fallen i radiod them back but havent they havent said anything back yet.
Mckenzie- Our radios and everything where damaged in the crash even my watch is messed up its trying to tell me where 7 thousand years into the future.
--------- Distress signal incoming -------
Mckenzie turns too see the distress signal is coming from a continent thousands of miles away from the island there on. She hurries over and presses the button to play the voice recording.
{ Unkown voice } *static* worried voice - Mckenzie im keeping it short dont come looking for us when we landed a group of alien looking animals attacked up oh no its here * hes dragged away screaming and the signal disappears*
The room fills with loud talking and worry Mckenzie begins to speak to the crowd of people in the room.
Mckenzie- Everybody quiet down! I want everybody here to get to work on establishing a base in this forest we landed in Sgt. Sticks will show you were the supplies are, i will leave the ship on search for supplies we are in need of i will be taking a small group of people with me.
Right as soon as shes about to leave 3 people stop her right at the door. The group of 3 introduce thereselves as Oliver, Emma and Andrew.
