Chapter 34: Return of the Reaper
'System, how long will it take to remove Talia's slave seal, and can it be automated?' Hoping for some good news from the system I get it's response.
-System can do the action for the host, requires contact to find out how long.
Walking into the cell I'm shocked by how pretty she is, even though I had a good idea from how she described herself. Shaking away those thoughts for now I say, "Trust me Talia, I'm going to remove your seal. I don't know if I have enough time now but to find out I have to touch you."
Nodding to me with a shocked look on her face I walk up to her and touch her arm.
-Seal removal will take 30 seconds, host needs to stay in constant contact or Talia will experience severe backlash.
"I don't know if this will hurt or not, so please be prepared, okay?" Saying this to her she responded in the affirmative. 'Do it.'
From what I could tell, the pain wasn't to bad, although that is fairly relative, considering we've been through torture. The thirty second passed quickly, and just as I finished I started to hear footsteps approaching. "We need to start moving, there are most likely formations in this room and we'll be disadvantaged, follow me."
Reaching the passage, I look down it and see the approaching lab assistants. I quickly check their status, and am surprised by their strength. Had they gotten me even a week earlier I would have had trouble, but now they pose no threat. Even more though is that they have a direct association.

I look at the five assistants, recognizing that all of them came here. As smile finds its way onto my face, a cold feeling spreading through my mind. "I could just kill you bastards, but that would be to easy of a death. You're going to figure out why I got my title though." My voice started getting colder and colder as I continued speaking.
Without even realizing my title activated and I saw them with my reaper eyes, and a very red aura surrounded them. Realizing this is their karma I laugh a little internally, realizing they enjoyed everything they did. Fury fills me as I remember the last month I've spent here, and I become even more furious when I realize how long others have been here. I channel Lightning and Ice through my body, feeling it's enhancement. With that I activate Quick Steps, feeling the dexterity from Ice and the agility from lightning. With reaper mode my elements expand past my body, making the area around me a domain of electric fog.
I look up at the guards, my eyes the glowing purple color of my lightning, "I'm going to to make all of you wish that you were dead, just like everyone you experimented on."
Pushing on the ground with my toe while shifting my body forward I launch towards them. Reacting quickly like a true veteran, he quickly draws a sword, to block my fist, just like I'd hoped. Instead of going for a punch, and concentrating all my mana there, I distributed it all through out by arm between my fist and elbow. When he went to block the fist I shifted my stance a little lower, going below the sword shifting all my mana to my elbow, jamming it into his ribs. The attack acted like a taser with the focus on lightning. Following up I channeled ice into my knee slamming it into his descending jaw, sending a pulse of ice through him, knocking him out.
As the other four surrounded me, I activated elemental stomp at half mana. Just like I thought it would all it did was halve the radius of the skill. Pushing them back, as well as covering the floor in ice.
'Their under my mercy now,' thinking this I move towards the next guard. With them unable to get back up due to the ice, the rest of them were easy pickings. All I had to do was take advantage of their instability and my increased dexterity. Taking my time I eventually sent a pulse of lightning into each of their brains, knocking them out. Pulling some rope out of my inventory, I carefully and surely tie each of them up. Ensuring that none of them can escape my grasp.
