Chapter 397: A bunch of bull-sh*t
Her expression was so scary that he decided to skip the details and said, "Doesn't matter what she said. The gist is that she tired to force herself on me. When I told her no and that I already had a girlfriend, she still continued to try and seduce me. After a few attempts, when she saw she wasn't getting anywhere, she started to get angry and bad-mouth my girlfriend. Mo Qian looked from Yu Chen to Yu Mian once he finished. Chen rolled her eyes and waited for Mian's reaction. Xi Hua scoffed, she could guess what had happened. The story was probably true, this bastard had probably only reversed the roles. "What a bunch of bull-shit!!" Hua exclaimed and Mo Qian turned to her and said, "How can you know? You weren't there?!" "I know because I know my friend's standards. She would never stoop so low as to hit on the likes of you. She already . . . . . " Xi Hua began, but her voice trailed off when Chen lightly touched her arm and shook her head.
"You have no proof that you are telling the truth." Yu Chen said, her voice dangerously calm. "And I have no proof that you're lying. It's my word against yours." "I don't need any proof. Mian knows what kind of a guy I am." Mo Qian said.
Chen rolled her eyes. So this was what it all had been about. She was wondering why this guy had suddenly decided to climb down to earth from his ego and tell them the story. "I'm sure she knows exactly what kind of a guy you are. Come on Mian." Yu Chen replied, and grabbed hold of Yu Mian's hand, who had been standing still as a statue ever since Mo Qian had completed his story.
Yu Chen was shocked when Mian jerked her hand away and stepped back from her. "Mian?" she spoke, uncertain of what her sister was doing. "How could you sis?" Yu Mian spoke, shaking her head, her voice low.
Doubt creeped into Chen's voice as she said, "Don't tell me you believe this scum-bag Mian. Can't you see what kind of a guy he is?" "I clearly see what kind of a guy he is. But I am disgusted by the kind of woman you have turned into!!!!" Yu Mian snapped, her voice getting higher with every word.
"How could you do this sis?!?!?!" Mian began again as Chen opened her mouth to say something. "I would never have believed had someone told me that your years abroad had turned you into such a wh*re!!!! But now I can see it with my own eyes!! Going after someone else's man?!?!?! How could you sink so low?!?! WHY?!?!?!?" Yu Mian was hysterically shrieking by the time she finished.
Yu Chen stood still as a stone, not believing that she had heard correctly. She might have asked Mian to repeat, just to ensure she had heard correctly, when Xi Hua suddenly walked up, grabbed Mian by the shoulders and shook her till her teeth rattled in her mouth.
