Chapter 178: Prank went wrong
Yu Chen smiled as she walked around the table over to Huo Zenghai's chair.
Huo Zenghai was confused as he asked again, "Who are you? What do you want?"
Yu Chen stood behind Zenghai and put her hands in his chair. She said, "Don't tell me you already forgot about me?"
Huo Zenghai was cautious as he asked again, "Do I know you?"
Yu Chen looked up and saw the door open an inch. She knew Xi Hua was here.
Yu Chen immediately leaned on Zenghai's chair and said, "Oh, are you one of those guys? Who spends the night with a women and forgets all about them when the morning comes?"
Xi Hua had come in and heard this sentence, Huo Zenghai had also seen her.
He was scared out of his wits as he yelled, "What the fu*k are you talking about? What are you after? Who sent you?"
Yu Chen leaned closer to his ear, but her voice was loud enough for Hua to hear, "Oh. You were not like this that night. Remember, you were so forceful that you went in going even as I was about to faint."
After hearing this, Huo Zenghai's face was drained of all colour as she looked from Yu Chen to Xi Hua. Xi Hua's face, on the other hand, looked a perfect mix of anger, disgust and shock.
Huo Zenghai stood up and went to Xi Hua as he began to speak, "Hua, I-I don't even know....."
Xi Hua cut him. She looked at Yu Chen and said, "What you said is really the truth?"
Yu Chen, who had now sat down on Zenghai's chair, said, "Every word of it." She then turned to Huo Zenghai and said, "She is more beautiful than the way you described her. I wonder why would you need to cheat when you have a such a pretty girlfriend?"
Xi Hua, at this point was fuming with anger.
She turned to look at Huo Zenghai who was on the verge of tears. He said, "Please Hua. Believe me. I don't even know who this person is."
He grabbed onto Xi Hua's shirt and tears fell down from his eyes. Zenghai mumbled, "Don't leave me. I don't know. I would never do anything like this."
Xi Hua looked at Yu Chen over Huo Zenghai's shoulder.
Yu Chen sighed. She had not expected Zenghai's reaction to be so extreme.
Yu Chen stood up and walked over to the two, as Xi Hua tightly wrapped her arms around him.
Xi Hua said in a soothing tone, "Hey, look up. We were just playing a prank on you. It's okay. I would never leave you."
Huo Zenghai looked up. Yu Chen said, "Well, obviously the prank went very wrong."
Huo Zenghai looked from Chen to Hua and said, "Is that true?"
Xi Hua stroked Zenghai's head as she said, "Of course silly. I know you would never cheat on me."
Yu Chen: "Now then. Since the prank went seriously wrong, can you guess who I am?"
Huo Zenghai closely looked at Yu Chen. He was confused. But suddenly, Zenghai caught sight of Chen's eyes and he had an eureka moment.
Huo Zenghai: "Yu Chen?"
Xi Hua: "Yay!!! You guessed right. Here's your reward." Saying this, she pecked Huo Zenghai on the cheek.
