Based on information I got from the Internet, there are some foods that are suitable to eat while drinking beer, people called it "Beer and Food Pairing". For example: spicy food, french fries, burgers and salads are suitable for lager beer. Pale ale paired with foods like steak and fish & chips. Many people like desserts when they drink stout but that is not suitable to sell it here, therefore it is better to serve barbecue and smoked foods along with stout. As for cider, the partner's food is apple pie or pancakes. In this town I cannot sell seafood such as shrimp and lobster because the distance from port town is too far so that no one sells it, the fish sold here are freshwater fish obtained from the river.
But all of this information comes from the previous world, it is possible that people here do not agree with this beer and food pair, I can only give recommendations to them to try it through employees there.
'I have to train cooks at Spider Crypt how to cook these foods, before that i have to buy spices that can't be found here from the internet. I'm not sure one person will be enough to be a cook there with many types of food like this, other than that when Spider Crypt becomes famous later and more people visit it, in the kitchen will be very chaotic with just one cook.'

People here never cook deep fried food because of limited cooking oil. Because of that foods that need oil to make, like fried eggs cooked using animal fat, that's why there is no deep fried food because that will require lots of animal fat.
"I should rewrite all of this food recipes that will be sold on Spider Crypt so I can teach the cook later with full preparation, i also can give them the recipes."

"I can't believe what you said before until I saw it myself in here." Argus's wife talked to him while they were at Le Réseau.
"It turns out to be true, here everything has very high price. I don't understand why there are still many people who shop here."
"I also don't understand how rich people think. But seeing this number of customers even though the price is expensive shows these people need it and they can't buy it anywhere else. I can feel Spider Crypt will be like this when people taste beer there." Argus answered.
"I became curious about the taste of that new beer."
"You can taste it later, I'm sure you will really like it. I understand why you didn't like beer before, after I tasted beer from Boss Nine, the beer I sold before tasted like piss. Even though I've never tasted piss before."
"Mr. Argus, Boss Nine has been waiting above."

"Good afternoon Boss, I brought my wife here because she agreed to become a cook at Spider Crypt." Argus greets Nine who was waiting on the second floor.
"That's good news. You two can jointly manage that place."
"Let me introduce you boss, this is my wife Irene. When you helped us before, Irene was unconscious. He only knows you from my stories." Argus introduced his wife to Nine, this is the first time Irene met Nine.

"It's okay that's not a big deal, after all, you are already willing to work for me. I hope you can work together with Argus to run Spider Crypt well. Later Argus can explain to you what needs to be done, for now I will teach you how to cook the foods. Some dishes are familiar to you, such as steak, barbecues and smoked meat. "Are we going to sell food using that expensive spices? Won't the price be very expensive ?." Irene asked.

After that Irene and Argus went to buy some meats and vegetables in the recipes. Meanwhile Nine began to prepare spices and other ingredients that did not available here from the internet.
After about 20 minutes, they returned with the ingredients. Nine teach Irene how to make sauce for spicy food and barbecues, preparing meats for smoked, make patty for burgers and how to cook and serve it. Because here does not sell burgers bun, Nine replaced it with ordinary bread that being sold here. In addition Nine also taught Irene how to make fried foods such as french fries and fish & chips. They spend time until the sun sets.
"You can bring all this equipment now and take ingredients for the seasoning tomorrow because Selvi has to record it first. Besides that, Argus I want you to find one more person to help your wife in the kitchen. Because there will be lots of customers after they realize the beer that we sold there is better than anywhere else. Your wife will be exhausted if only she alone cooks every order."
"I will Boss. I will make sure they meet all the requirements to work on Spider Crypt."
"Irene sis, do you want to go home together? It just happens that we also live in a residential area of common people." Selvi asked Irene. They seemed to be closer now because all day Selvi helped Nine teaching Irene how to cook.
"Of course Selvi." Irene answered.
Along the way they talked a lot about how they met Nine. Selvi explained how he gave medicine to all the children in the orphanage when they were suffering from the disease before.
"Isn't that medicine very expensive? I didn't expect Boss would give it to us for free." Said Irene.
"I also don't understand, Nine gave it to everyone in the orphanage too. Nine also teaches them how to read and write every day and train some children who are interested in martial arts. He also will give them jobs when they can work later in all the businesses he has." Selvi tells Irene what Nine did at the orphanage.
"As expected of Boss, he even gave his medicine to me and ordered me to give it to people who would work on Spider Crypt for free." Argus added.
"Because of that we must work for Boss with all we have so as not to disappoint him." Irene said after hearing all the stories about Nine.
"Of course!." They answered.
