Chapter 7: You Will Pay!
Jackson's POV
Words could not even be used to describe what Jackson was feeling right now. He was about to loose his cool. Veins bulged all over his pale smooth skin, as he paced around the room. "Boom" a set of silverware was pushed onto the floor. Jackson was extremely dissatisfied with the results of the test. He couldn't believe that a small minuscule error had cost him the throne! Plus, what kind of stupid people would choose a test about doors? Open a random door and you win? "Crash" a high tech computer was yeeted outside the window. Tch, what a peculiar and idiosyncratic test choice. There was no possible way that Alessia passes the test without cheating! Yes right, she was definitely cheating. After all, what she learned I learned. When she trained, I also trained. When she was playing, relaxing, and eating, I was learning and acquiring knowledge. Every time I see her, she would always have her eyes glued on some sort of comic app called WEBTOUN. "Hahahahahaha" Jackson snorted out loud. Yeah, no way that nerd was better than me.
Then, Jackson began to ponder and think. Who allowed Alessia to cheat? What hidden person was controlling her as a pawn? Which administrator rigged the test to bend in Alessia's favor? Hmm, maybe he should give that mysterious person a present that's bound to evoke some reaction. . . . A chilling grin filled with hatred and malice soon spread across Jackson's face. Then, with a flip of his hair, Jackson walked out of his room.
Alessia's POV
At this exact time, Alessia was enjoying her ice cream on her bed with WEBTOUN open on her phone.
Her favorite comic, Tower Of Jod, had just updated and she was looking forwards to reading it. Just as she raised a spoon of ice cream to her mouth she sneezed. Achoo! Who is cursing me this time? Ah well, I don't care nothing is going to spoil my mood. At least let me enjoy my ice cream in peace!
