Chapter 30: Kicking a villains butt

Every young boys dream to become a sidekick to a famous superhero but how would you feel if you worked with your parent. He ran across the buildings with his mom then a huge bang happened near a bank the young boy and the hero jumped from each building until they got on top of the bank "mom it's a bank Robbery," Tommy said looking through a ceiling window "look Tommy remember when were in there don't call me mom I don't want your life in danger," Katie said worried she wanted to protect Tommy not hurt him "ok mo- I mean calamity and m- calamity my sidekick name shall be hmm brain," Tommy said smiling Katie laughed "hey why are you laughing I'm super smart," Tommy said while crossing his arm in anger Katie, successfully stopped herself from laughing she didn't want to break his confidence she nodded and immediately jumped threw the window crushing the floor below. Everyone was shocked and happy at the same time Katie, looked around her and saw 2 of the villain goons she saw another pair of two and Tommy, understood Katie went towards her pair she shielded herself she used her powers to create a electric shield to shield her from the bullets. She charges her hand and pulls down her shield she rushes in running as fast as she could then something weird happened everything around her started to slow down she looked around worried and scared and everything she ran to Tommy, to make sure he was experiencing the same thing but unfortunately he was slowed down too she then noticed a strike that could eventually harm him so she created a theory and had put it to work. To surprise it worked she then recharged her hand to see if it could fasten time and it worked everything that was slow was slowly moving faster she then charged her hand but this time with ice she jumped into the air and thought of a special move and a name "I got it now special move style element ice style 1 ice curse," Katie said as she throws two ice balls at there chest and as soon as that happens there entire body in engulfed in ice freezing everything she staggered from the amount of energy and strength it used she turned around to see how Tommy's doing and to her surprise he was doing pretty good Katie, saw how he took out one of them she saw how he kept on doing punches left and right but of course he got hit a few times the last time he got hit it landed him on the floor immobilized it signaled Katie to stop it so she zapped the goon which immediately ran through his body hitting the wall Katie, realized she made a mistake she accidentally killed him then the goons boss comes out attacking Katie left and right. She remembered her powers aren't good at close combat so for her escape she used fire and ice to create a steam which she then threw in the villains eyes burning them of vision for merely 10 seconds but that was all the time Katie needed to charge a electric bomb she threw it immediately knocking him out instantly some police came in handcuffing the goons one of the police noticed one of the goons death he instantly noticed the burn mark and was about to arrest Katie but another officer stopped the officer "don't arrest her she may have killed a goon but he deserved it today I found a child's body in the bathroom he must have saw the bastards get ready but instead of just threatening or using the memory manipulation drug they had cut and almost killed the child, the poor boys throat had been cut and his stomach down to his part were cut he is in intensive care," the officer said both of them then left Tommy ran to Katie happily he hugged Katie tightly smiling. After that some reporters came moments later a mic was in Katie's face "so miss calamity will you be visiting the child in the hospital after all he did get hurt during this robbery," one reporter said "yes I will and I will make sure I can do what I can to help," Katie said "miss calamity what's with the color change," another reporter said "I was getting sick and tired of red so I'm choosing a new color black and blue," Katie said she started getting annoyed after hours of questions she really needed to get home to her son who is being babysat by her dad "miss calamity I thought you weren't interested in sidekicks," "he's a.... special case," Katie said smiling although Tommy was kinda hurt but he knew his mother meant well but is just being a meany a few minutes later Tommy realized something the mic that was at his mothers face turned towards his face "so young sidekick what is your name," a reporter said "oh my name is.. oh.. umm... aaahh..... Got it... it's Silo," Tommy said Katie in her head smacked her face she looked at him boy you know that's going to stick she thought.
