Chapter 62: Queen
"I'm surprised you are holding your ground. You sure to be so obedient, but clearly you have forget your place and after this I can have what I deserve. A king." Lea said.
"Your to confident. I was always obedient because I hadn't learned everything I have now and you weren't worth the fight anyways. You still aren't but someone has to knock you down a notch, plus I'm kinda pissed you touch My Boyfriend. You don't deserve the title of queen let alone be with a king Lea."
I heard everyone else's whispers. I knew they were all scared I'd lose control and that I wouldn't be able to be brought back because although Hunter was mine we no longer were close and it was clear even when he was with me a touch of resentment was in my eyes. He not longer held any real control over me. They all knew none of them did anymore.
Lea started the battle off, her eyes glowed purple as she shot a beam of entertainment at me. I moved out of the way. I know I have power but I can't control hers, my eyes weren't even glowing yet as I used my skills as a gymnast to dodge all of her attacks.
"I'll admit you are fast and light on you feet and apparently more flexible than I thought, but you still seems powerless which means you are nothing." Lea said
I was looking at the ground when she said it and my finger touching the ground as well as my eyes started to glow.
"Lea, that's where your wrong."
I looked up at her my eyes glowing white now. Water started to come up from the ground and the ground around her started to shake and the wind was hitting against her cutting her open where it touched. A ring of fire also formed as she tried to run towards me stopping her in her tracks.
"Lea, I was never powerless. I've always been stronger than you but I choose to hide my abilities to see who was true my a friend and who wasn't. It's true that I couldn't control myself or my abilities and I easily lost control of them and myself, but I've gotten stronger. I had to that way I could survive. While you all hide here and you played f*cked my boyfriend, I was surviving on my own and protecting a village of helpless people. I choose to go by myself because I knew I could make it and even without full control I was still stronger and had a better chance of success than anyone else here and there was no need to risk another person life. I left to protect all of you, because I already lost my blood family I didn't want to lose anyone else. I thinks it's clear who won this, congrats Lea you just got dethroned." I said as I put out the fire and had my eyes stop glowing, and walked away.
I went to the hay loft after everything so I could be alone. I worked so hard to protect him and I was happy, but now it's time to let him go and to let him be happy even though it isn't with me. I broke down crying realizing he stays with me because of power not happiness. He said she means nothing to him but he was smiling and laughing while she sat on him and kissed him, I wonder if mom ever had that happen to her when she was younger. I wonder if someone ever broke her heart or if she let her heart break. I should of listened when I had the chance and now I don't feel her. I ignored her for so long out of anger and never even heard her side of the story on why she did it, I didn't let her explain anything. I'm pretty sure she's gone now though so I won't ever know. I hate this feeling like the emergent that was once there wasn't. He said he loves me but I can't believe him. If he loved me he would of let her touch him although she only kissed him on the cheek that's to much. How can he pretend to love me when he lets things like that happen. He loved my power and what I gave him, not for the real me.
