Chapter 425: Less Competition For Me

"Mine, first of all. The boy hasn't even begun. What makes you think he will steal your daughter away?" Yanmei asked while having both her hands on her waist. 

Yanmei brought her husband to another room for them to have a more decent conversation while Salvi collected himself together after an eventful interrogation. She really liked Salvi and for Yanmei, he would not be so bad as a future son-in-law. 

Salvi was rich, well educated, talented, and quite handsome too! Yanmei was also not ready to let her daughter get into a relationship, but scaring away a fine candidate was a different story. 

Yanmei did not really put Anton under a polygraph test. She did not have to. She could tell her husband was lying outright. 

"He admitted, he likes Chan-Mi," protested Anton. 

"What kind of boy does not like Chan-Mi?" Yanmei said. "Do you not acknowledge that she has your charms?"

"Well, you have that right," he responded with squinting eyes.
