Chapter 152: Thinking Back

Yanmei felt she was in a dream. It would seem to her that the falling petals were endless. She could feel the texture of the flowers piling up on her feet and the falling ones irregularly sweeping against her skin. 

With sparkling eyes, she had been practically looking up for as long as she could remember. 

Her mind quickly thought back, recalling the signs which she had missed even from days back. Her memories flashed before her eyes. 

During breakfast at the Yeongs' estate, she swore she saw Yeong Soon to be the happiest that she could remember. Moreover, Mommy Soon mistakenly said that she would see her in the afternoon. She muttered, 'Could she had been mistaken?'

She bit her lip, trying to think harder. She swore she caught Yeona, her assistant, yapping about ordering purple roses just three days ago. Earlier today, she was certain, Yeona had explained that she was finally done calling flower shops from the entire city.
