Over and over again.
It's the same thing every day.
Get up at the crack of dawn and start my day.
Must wake the house up and prepare them for their day.
A wake up call here,
a wake up call there,
wake up calls are going everywhere.
Five different wake up calls.
Six different meals.
Must jump to one thing to another.
There is no time to waste.
A chore here.
A chore there.
There is work to be done everywhere.
One child is screaming,
One child is reading,
One child is working,
One child is thinking.
This is all going on while the father remains sleeping.
A second wake up call for the father.
A call to stop the screaming,
A call to stop the reading,
A call to continue working,
A call to begin speaking.

All I ever do is call nobody else does anything at all!
I work all day,
I work all night,
Nobody does anything to help.
Once I stop working,
once I stop calling,
once I stop doing everyone becomes worried.
"how do you do it all ?"
By myself.
They are worried when I don't work and do nothing to help me.
When I stop working,
That's when they finally realize that they need me.
They say that they'll help but they never do, the work of a housewife is never through.
