Opening my eyes, I couldn't help but laugh loudly in my mind.
'HAHAHAHAHAHAHA I WAS RIGHT!!!! I AM IMMORTAL!! HAHAHA!!!'
I didn't try to contain my feelings after all it wasn't every day that you realize that you are indeed a perfect being that could not truly die.
In my first, boring, life, I was born as a genius beyond anything ever seen before, but nobody knew that of course as I made sure to cover it up.
If I didn't and had shown it to the world it would have become annoying to deal with so, why would I bother, after all I had nothing to proof to anyone.
With that mindset I lived quietly for twenty years in which I studied many things without anyone knowing that somewhere in an unassuming family house a person sat that had cracked all their security systems and was reading through top secret research material.
My death was caused by a plane crash, on my house.
Even a great being like myself would have found it hard to take measures against such an unlikely thing.
As I died, crushed under tons of metal and stone a single thought remained in my fading mind.
It doesn't really matter, right? The road of someone so great as me couldn't possibly end here so there is no reason to regret or be upset about it.
