Chapter 147: Pale demon (194 words)
*Knock Knock! *
The sound of knuckles hitting wood resounds through a room full of parchment, books and tombs.
A thick sent of paper and ink fills the room where the only other sound than the previous knocking is the steady breathing of a man sitting behind a sturdy looking oak wood table.
He has ashen colored hair and icy blue eyes, his facial features are very stern and sharp.
"Enter." He says in a voice that sounds a lot older than his appearance if one ignores the ashen colored hair.
With a light creak the wooden door opens and a robed figure enters the room holding a bundle of clothes in his arms.
Once the figure arrives the oak table he bows deep before speaking.
"Greetings tower master, just now a woman arrived at the entrance of the tower, she seemed very angry. As soon as I arrived to welcome the guest she shoved "this" in my arms." With that the robed figure shows the bundle of clothes to the man identified as the tower master.
Icy blue eyes scan over the small round face of a baby with a ashen colored hair.
