Chapter 191: Rin Tohsaka (826 words)
Rolling around in a king-sized bed is a young girl with black hair and blue eyes, she is around the age of twelve and seems to have a terrible nightmare which causes her to sweat heavily and roll around in her bed.
The girls name is Rin Tohsaka the current head of the Tohsaka family branch in japan. The Tohsaka´s are well known mage family that participated in the creation of the holy grail war in japan, the previous head of the family, Tokiomi Tohsaka died in the fourth holy grail war, making Rin that was seven at that time the new head of the family.
In the war not only did Rin lose her father Tokiomi but her mother Aoi Tohsaka was disabled because of another participant of the war, she died not too long after, but not before naming Kirei Kotomine her guardian.
Sadly Kirei, also a participant of the war, was the murderer of her own father, he betrayed him and stabbed him in the back, killing him.
Kirei after becoming the guardian of Rin then starts to mismanage the Tohsaka family assets losing them or donating them to the church, slowly but surely destroying the once powerful Tohsaka family in japan.
"AAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHH!!!!!!" With a loud scream of rage Rin sits up in her bed, tears running down her face.
She took a moment to realize that what she just experienced was only a dream before brushing away her tears and falling back on the bed and staring at the roof.
´What the hell is going on? ´Confused and still tired Rin massages the bridge of her nose in order to calm down her racing thoughts.
After calming down a bit she starts to seriously think about her current situation and piece together her scattered mind.
She lied there in her bed for a good hour before she let out a deep sigh.
´I think I got it now. It seems like the soul of Rin Tohsaka and mine fused somehow, my memories of the fate series and Rin´s memories caused a violent reaction as the truth about her fathers and mothers' death heavily weakened Rin, I somehow took this opportunity and became the dominate personality absorbing all of the original Rin´s memories.
Well, isn't this the typical transmigration cliché that I read about in all those novels, anyway, I'm Rin Tohsaka now and I really am not interested in returning back home, there are so many interesting things going on in this world, not to speak about all the possibilities. ´A wide grin appears on the new Rin´s face.
´Okay let's do this! From the memories of the original Rin Im twelve now so its still five years till the fifth war, lots of time to prepare and get this life straight. ´Full of energy and ideas Rin jumps out of bed and prepares herself for the day.
´One of the first things to do is stop going to school, I already went through this once and magecraft is a lot more important than normal studies, it would be nothing more than a waste of time, other than that I also need to get the family assets back from Kirei or I wont have anything by the time of the fifth grail war. ´
At the thought of Kirei Kotomine an expression of deep anger surfaces on her face.
´Right, I should also deal with that sh*t stain at some point. I'm sure the world would be a better place without him.´ With that thought she arrives in front of the houses only computer.
A lot of mage families don't like modern technology, sadly the Tohsaka´s are one of them.
Muttering underneath her breath Rin starts to work on the computer, creating new accounts and changing passwords, she also starts contacting the Mage´s Association and explains her current situation and request.
In her exchange with the Clock Tower, she sends them statistics and records of her family assets and how bad they are being managed by her current guardian Kirei Kotomine.
Over the next week Rin negotiates with the Mage´s Association and makes a detailed contract with them.
"What a matured and smart child. "A man says out loud while sitting behind a wooden office table reading through the many notifications and mails of his latest client.
´She´s just twelve years old but can negotiate like an experienced lawyer, with all the evidence she possesses it will be an easy task to take back the guardian ship of this Kirei Kotomine. ´The man known as Frank Tenenbaum thinks as he scrolls through the long list of statistics and records which all proof how bad the family assets are managed.
´Im really curious to finally meet this child, from our previous exchange I only managed to determinate her pure skills in negotiation, haa, what a poor child, having to deal with something like that after her parents died in such a tragic way.´
